- When App starts, on Paired Bluetooth profile connect/disconnect, on Dock connect/disconnect (car dock, any dock, any power), on Car Home Screen open/close.
* Auto stop is delayed till the end of the next file, so that in the event of an accident and the phone coming out of the dock, or Bluetooth failing a few minutes of extra footage is recorded. This can be disabled in settings.*option to log GPS for each video file, saved as GPX, KML or KMZ format.
* View route for kml and kmz files in Google Earth from file manager.

- NB This feature is limited to only max or min resolution for Gingerbread and earlier (Before Android 3.0).

The Nexus One for example. This means if you mount these phones at an orientation other than their default the video will appear rotated on playback. This happens with the stock camera too.If you close the app while recording, or if it is backgrounded when receiving a phone call, and you have the video preview while recording turned on, you will lose the preview until the next file starts recording.

Scam dont waste money on prem
It does exactly what you expect and doesn't have an overload of features. The one problem I've been having only recently is that the app says there is 0MB free space until I clear the app data, which loses all the settings.
Seems to work well. Uses a lot of juice, but doesn't seem to overheat phone....BUT that #@&% beeping! Beeps once at start of each interval followed immediately by 2 tone file saved tone. Every 2 minutes. Tried checking and unchecking alert setting. Distracting to the point of being unusable.
Good app but it needs to be able to use the front facing camera to get five stars.

Some give poor reviews for the lack of features, but this app is light and quick launching and has everything you really need in a dedicated dash cam app. It works well in the background and is very simple to operate.
I downloaded because of a high rating by others. I'll say it's simple to use but no GPS data displayed so what's the use.
This app is very limited compared with others. I can understand the developer wants money, but this app does not give much in exchange. The only good thing is that it records with the phone off
Using this app on 2 devices, a Xperia ZR and a Galaxy S4. Works perfectly unless you try to use GPS navigation along with it, then there are major overheating issues but I think that's the limitation of the ZR phone hardware and Samsung' bloatware rather than the app.
Records when car's bluetooth comes on, which is great - and records video after video for maybe an hour at most, then crashes and makes small consecutive corrupted mp4 files.
This app is by far the best one I can find! So easy to use and clutter free, very easy to save vids while driving...
I had problems at first ,found out that my SD card is not fast enough.changed setting to internal storage works flawlessly now.
I have wasted money buying dash cams. This app is the ticket. The videos are right there for sharing, uploading, etc. Try it and you'll upgrade it. Doesn't get any better than this!
Works well. Uses some battery, but what app doesn't? Just keep the phone plugged in and I'm good all day.

camera shows a black image and no picture at all. Only works in portrait mode not in landscape.
