This thing works great. Not one problem and I've been using it for over a year. . For those haveing a problem not finding it, it is NOT A WIDGET. You need the DASH CLOCK widget to use this. It works INSIDE DashClock.
It doesn't refresh notifications of music players when supposed to show it. Even when set to "show ongoing notification" it won't refresh to new song when the song changes in player... Advice please.
It's not working on Android 4.4.4. (Sony Xperia Z3) Everything is properly routed between apps, but still, nothing appears on lockscreen. Other DashClock widgets work fine. Will five-star as soon as the problem is solved.
Though everything is properly routed no notifications appear on the lockscreen, just on the dashclock widget on my homepage. If it functioned it sounds like it would be great. But it doesn't so save yourself the disappointment.
it isn't a widget ok guys shut the hell up.
Looks great, and the idea is awesome. But as a dream (screensaver) it's not working as it should. I use it for Twitter & Facebook and the Facebook notifications just don't show
Does not work properly, notification does not pop up as soon as it actually comes on the phone. Does not work well for notification of social media platforms
I like how I can customize what I want to see. It's nicer than having to download a ton of separate apps to show notifications. 5 stars when I can rename the entries instead of dash notifier 1...etc.
Just doesn't show up on the lock screen despite adding the extensions in DashClock
Just an FYI to others, Lollipop does not have lock screen widgets, don't give low ratings to innocent app developers. DashClock still works fine on the home screen.
Shows them nicely but doesn't clear away until ages after the notification is gone.
Worked perfectly, but has since stopped working. Notifications stay in DashClock even if notifications have been swiped away. Sadly, app was last updated over 2 years ago.
Then it never worked again. Tried uninstall - reinstall... Nothing. I have done all setting right, allowed notification access. It would have been perfect with Action launcher + dashclock widget. 😢
Android 5.0 on M8 not working at all
I really came here to look for a quick-and-dirty way of putting in Whatsapp notifications, and yeah, this does the job. But every other app as well? WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE???
It's almost as like we're using an app from the future of phones.
I have no clue how to use this
It works, and it works well. [Nexus 5 Android Kitkat 4.4.4]
Used to be good on Kitkat but doesn't work now on Lollipop
How do I enable this on the moto g? I'm sure its amazing just a bit stuck on how to get it working
This works great with Chronus
Not working on Nougat with multiple notifications. Just displays the name of the app receiving notifications
Nothing on the lock screen
Does not work with 5.x or 6.x
sure this will not disappoint me. to thanks in advance.
Please fix do that it support Lollipop on Sony Xperia phones.
Great app! Any idea how I can get missed call notifications?
I don't get option to open the app
Best Plug in ever.
This is an OK app but it does have two issues. The first one is... it does Not offer automatic rotational viewing. So in other words, on my Samsung phones the content is displayed in portrait mode when my phone is charging in landscape mode. From what I can gather Dashclock uses the display mode that your phone is last on when it activates. So if your Homescreen is able to rotate like on a tablet, then no problem. However, if you're using a phone and your homescreen locks at only portrait mode then when Dashclock starts while you're charging... everything will be displayed sideways. The only way around that would be to open up any app that rotates, like Gmail for instance...then Dashclock will be displayed properly if your phone is in landscape mode. I did that until I found a rotational app that rotates my homescreen only when it's plugged in. The second issue/bug I found is a biggie. When Dashclock is running, it disables the swipe down to show notifications. When I first discovered this bug I thought it was my phone... but the problem only occurs when Dashclock is activated during charge....
