used this app for about 6 months. notifications are non-existent. was receiving notifications for ride request 20 minutes or more after they were requested. this is completely unacceptable since they only have email notifications.basically you have to be staring at the app and babysit it 24/7 which is impossible to do. if you connect your company name to this app in a few short weeks your name will be mud!
I like the flexibility it offers to the drivers and riders. They can request you specifically and schedule up to 30 days in advance. There also does not seem to be a limit on how long the ride can be unlike Uber which limits drivers/riders to a 4 hour distance. Also, knowing that riders can request me specifically once we've ridden together is a big plus over Uber & Lyft.
App keeps stopping and it's not giving mileage once trip is started. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no success
I use this app everyday in the company I work for and I love it!!! It's very user friendly anyone can begin with this App instantly !! Learn as you go😁🙏🏼😁
Was working great until the most recent update (8/17/21) now the app crashes constantly on my S21 phone.
Do an update .. It isnt sending messages to riders on arrival .. And a running total would be great ..
Only let's you use Google maps and no longer gives notifications for rides or updates to rides

Dashride support is awful for clients whom work between 4pm & 4am. No customer service available at all during these times. Don't waste your time find something better. Find a company that cares about their clients.
Software is ok it has many kinks but they slowly get better over time. Customer service is a horrible experience full of unprofessionalism, outright lies and slow responses to really simple questions. I launched a custom app with the company in May 2017 and to spite me verifying the availability of my first choice for app name they selected the second option without any correspondence from me. Then over five months later they have yet to simply update the name and keywords on my app which has seriously effected my marketing efforts . One quick read over their terms of service will tell you all you need to know about what they are probably trying to accomplish from the vendors they service and DATA they collect. If you want to grow and scale your reach then this will probably frustrate you and waste your time. Its now now November, 6 months into the app development and I have received nothing but lies, even from their founder. Stay far away, in my opinion the plan was to extract as much customer and driver info as they could from companies, own that data then sell it to a buyer who I'm sure won't exist because this business model has been tainted.

A good example would be what just happened as I am writing. I was notified of a ride and when I went into the app to accept it it was not there anymore. No notice of cancelation, nothing. I still cannot cancel rides. Error after error. Look somewhere else.

I've had issues with log in and getting notifications
The taxi company I drive for uses this app and so far it's been very good. One suggestion I would make in the next update, there should be a running total as I drive. I have customers who will ask me the total cost but I don't know until I swipe "complete ride" If I do that I can't continue because it closes out the ride.
