Data Recharge & Data Saver

The quiz suddenly stops and does not reload no matter what. This happens almost all the times. The quiz is designed in such a way that you get questions from topics which you get wrong in previous quizzes. They dont let you to win. Also, a very annoying shortcut is present on the screen all the times which interfers in typing(changes position automatically and get placed on the keyboard) and gets clicked multiple times while typing... Very annoying....

This app is promoted to the the catagory of scrap now. They are not kind enough in rewarding on behalf of accumulated data in the wallet. When I was trying to redeem my data balance, it prompts to download some more apps but none of the apps are displaying on the page, instead some task list are there, and when I have completed those task & was tapped the refresh icon, nothing changes on the screen. ☹️ I don't want to offer any more memory of my phone to this app. Uninstall successfully.👎👎

I have saved more than 1 GB data by using this app and it it had been over 4-5 months that whenever I try to make a recharge it says that the recharge for this hour has been exhausted and please try again later. But every hour when I try it just displays same message. So, please do something as what's the use of this app when we are not able to use the data which has saved.

Earlier, I was.able to win the hourly quiz. But for last 3 months, I tried very hard to win but later realized that even though I answered all the questions fastest, i.e. I remain at no. 1 until last minute. But the prize is distributed to other number. By comparing list of winners for previous day, it is found that only some selected numbers win the quizzes repeatedly. Hence, you don't have chance to win. Don't waste your time.

I felt Very bad 👎experience on this app at the beginning itself. when i registered in that app after giving mail id and otp from pbone number it worked normally, after a few seconds it asked Many unecessary permissions over the entire data and other usages of my phone and i allowed them too then it was showing the same page before registration and couldn't access my wallet or the main menu of the app as it was still running on the baground....

Login problem.... Tried to Reinstall App.... Registration Error Occurred.... After mail 2 DataBack Support no action is taken to solve this problem. On every mail they replied that your operating system or phone is not compatible. But earlier I had use the same application on same device. They are not try to fix the bug.

Yes previously it was great app but now as many person said that when we open the app it's showing something went wrong and automatically close... Many of them having the same problem...fix your issues as soon as possible otherwise you will loose all the things soon

Don't install, it asks for almost every permission. If you install it you'll have to give access to many things which has no connection to this app, for eg it asks permission to access your call logs and contacts which has no connection to this app. I mean why do you need contact and call logs permission?

Everytime you try to recharge it shows "free recharge for this hour has been exhausted due to fair *something* policy.." And if you got the chance to recharge it tells you to install some apps first and register.. after registering when you come back to get your piece of pie...it again shows " free recharge for this hour has been exhausted........" It gives you nothing then wastage of time and ZERO balance..

Worst app. They are just fooling their customers whenever I try to recharge my paytm wallet through this app, a list of apps appears in front of my screen and their is a message written to download any of the above apps, even when I download any app in my phone their comes a pop-up message that no app is downloaded. I have also send mails to their support team but their is no response from their side. So I suggest you all don't download this app.

This app is a total waste👎. You can save so much of data but at the end it's of almost no use as you get 2-3 stupid offers and if you use that then for the next 30 days you cannot avail another recharge offer or simply you jist can't take any benefit from the app.

This app has stopped working. Automatically logged me out & now not allowing to log in showing something went wrong error message., I've earned more than 1.5GB data till now. Moreover, one can withdraw only Rs 10 in a month. Disgusting.. After using it the whole month and letting you eat our data the whole time, Rs 100 is also seems to be smaller withdrawal amount,but Rs 10 in month, so funny to hear😀

This App is not working! I'm Not able to login a month..!! When ever I try to login "Something went wrong please try after some time" Alert will pop up.. Plz fix this issue.. I'm using this app from past 2 years.. This is the 1st time I'm facing this kinda problem..

Good but not so best because when we installed it, after that I started to create my account, then after some time my mobile was shut down like this 2 times, since then I was confused as to why this is happening or why Since then we came to know that the only data recharge app was shutting down our phone again and again, when I saw it after uninstalled from the phone, there was nothing wrong, so you can fix it Thank you, so that there is no danger or danger of people turning off their phones..

Very trash app dont use it , first it will ask for you no. Present in the mobile and ask to enter otp but the service is so slow that it never sends u the OTP and after deleting the app u get the otp after 3 or 4 days. Very trash service in otp just imagine in giving data .

This app is good for saving data . So I'm using this app . I recharged my mobile phone but since one month ago I'm trying recharge my phone it can't done it says to complete offer(s) .i completed but status is still pending and says to complete offer . I tried many times but it can't done . So I will uninstall this app and suggest everyone not to install this app .

Too much weak server. Always gives you error message even network is strong. Very bad experience when refunding data almost 50 clicks it takes to refund otherwise it only says network error. So please fix this problem.

This app is not working at all now every time we need to install some apps and we won't get data back also or we won't get any recharge either. Now i can't open it even It is telling that something went wrong. Total waste ...

Sir, when I log in data back with my mobile number and email I'd, everytime it says "something went wrong" and the app closes automatically. Kindly look into the matter. Thanks.

App is good but some problem are there. 1) internet speed not telling properly. 2) i am using 1.5 gb daily data pack in my mobile but the DataBack app's data tracker shows 1.7-1.8 gb used.not telling properly. 3) And also the exchange program of data refunded by this app is not good. When i am going to exchange the data to reward there is no any app to install and redeem. So plz improve the app installation and reedem program.who is the base of the app i think.

It was a great app back then before 4g came but now it has become utterly disappointing. Always some error is being received no matter what operation you are performing again and again eroor pakoda..... Needs urgent maintenance. Can't even stay logged in for some time.

I had aircel no. The company is no more working now. Now my No. Is changed so i want to use my 1.10 GB saved data on my different No. But this app has no option to change the No. So the 1.10 GB data is left and might be wasted. Now what to do?? Does this app really helps then?? Such a waste of time n space in phone.
