Does not work period. I reinstalled the App, and I am on a private home secure network, and the app just keeps searching and cannot find any other device on the same network. I do have a few devices on my network, which fine each device as needed. But this App is just not finding any of my other devices.
I use this app in a past. Was work well. This time won't pare my devices. No any clues what to do ? Not user friendly any more. Edit. I used different app and is working well with my wifi connection without any adjustments on my router. You got some problem with your app.
I wish you could transfer apps, Smart Switch is the only app that will do that, and I'm looking for one that is both compatible on IOS and Android . Too bad Smart Switch is only for Androids, and I dont have a USB cable.
Can't start it up because it detect overlays which I can't find. Overlays were turned off. I reset the state... now overlays are allowed and I can't turn them off for this app and I don't remember which apps had overlays turned off so I uninstalled this app.
Works Like Magic. It has a very simple interface. Just follow the instructions. I still dont get why others give bad ratings. I have used this over five of my Andriod devices yet it works perfectly with no flaws.
I dropped my phone. Couldn't use the screen. But I downloaded this app and when I got the new phone almost everything moved over to the new phone. Some data was list. But a lot of it got to the new phone.
Does not work, says transferring contacts but nothing truly happens, from 2nd attempt on, app only crashes all the time.
I have an S10 Plus and this switch operates as an info transfer app, not a data plan on/off switch.
Used this app twice now to transfer from one phone to another. Android 8.1. Worked flawlessly each time.
i think this app will be useful when i transfer data, i haven't use it yet but downloading app as of now. i hope it works for droid phone data. judy m.
After over 15 times trying to transfer data from Samsung 7 to new Samsung 7 nothing happens just spins. Uninstalling this app immediately
Downloaded to both tablets, followed prompts, and then nothing. No information at all was transferred. Uninstalled after this review.
doesn't let me do anything. when the phones are connected both phones are of the app. waste of time wouldn't recommend
This app works great. I do not understand why people give terrible ratings. If you followed the app instructions, i dont think there would be any problems
Downloaded to both devices. Didnt work. Wsste of time. Too much effging advertising
Garbage app. It used to be great now it doesn't work at all. Very frustrating and a waste of my time
Will not progress beyond first screen. Advert splashes over and cannot navigate through the required steps
might work for some phones, but kept crashing part way through transferring things from the old phone
Started running app 3 times never did any thing then stoped wifi and phone still keept trying to upload info untill i uninstalled app

This app would not pick up my samsung j2. So i couldnt usr the tablet like i intended. Is there a different version?

Don't bother with this - won't find either of my devices despite this app being open in both and both being on same wifi. It is very frustrating. Makes you wonder what info it is collecting while it spends forever 'searching for Devices'. PS. Now they suggest I disable firewall/antivirus..???? Not likely!
