Too complicated
its one of those apps that does what it sais it does while keeping it as simple to use as possible. i love how easy it is to create a form and then publish it to my team. what use to be a 24 hr data gathering task where my guys would go out carry out inspections on note pads is now done instantly.... they do the work submit the form and i get emailed a pdf report... great. keep up the good work and thank you for the support
Free version is pretty useless. And the app needs some work. It is also very pc dependent. And should also be available on apple devices. Monthly fee is over priced
Our checklist inspections are conducted straight from the galaxy s3s, submitted back to base as well as emailed to our customer.... no more paper, great solution and helping us stay green
Why cant we use an existing document on our pc? The whole thing doesnt make much sence to create a new form when its nit what you want. I tried draging a pdf, doc...etc

Ridiculous $100 Price for a year. Developer does not disclose correct information in the FREE version. Not allowed to use camera, email, or more than 10 questions.

Fantastic in the field, especially for technicians. Erases the "oops, we forgot to get signatures" problems and lost paper is a thing of the past. I work in medicine, so the level of accuracy is deeply appreciated. Making forms from our existing is extra easy.
At last a proper data capture application that does everything it says. Not enough stars to rate it well enough!

We are saving about an hour per audit using datadroid. The single biggest time saver has been the ability to have our audit transformed in to a PDF that looks exactly like the ones we used to produce manually, this is done as soon as the audit is uploaded.

Worth having
This app is simple to use yet complex enough to totally serve my business needs. The backup and customer service is also the best i have recieved from an app supplier so far. Awesome job APP ROCKS

Great app. Love the form creator. Can u add a feature that allows repeating of workpackages. I conduct a monthly fire safety audit.
Good system but difficult to get any customer support. Called the phone number on website over 15 times and no answer (states no one available then beeps and cuts you off) also no no contact email on the website. I finally managed to find an email address on an old payment confirmation email. Once I was able to get in contact with them they sorted the problem. Easy to setup new forms and you can have multiple forms for different things.
