Been a user for years. You can get same app for 10x less from other companies. Once you gather enough data they will raise your rates 10x what you signed up for. They raise prices every year. Go with job nimbus thousands of dollars cheaper better support. Other companies will lock in your rates. Stay away from this company our expsect price increases every year and 10 times what other companies charge. Very unsatisfied customer.
Overall an excellent field tool. My only recommendation is the ability to upload a short video clip.
This is a fantastic company and I love that I can use their app on my phone. It's easy to use and has a very organized look. Perfect for project management!
Super easy to use. Dataforma is VERY efficient and we are seeing at least 90% time saving over our previous data posting and transfer process!
Constantly gets stuck loading, always takes forever to sign crew in and out. Have to restart it minimum of 10 times to get 3 people signed in or out
Best way to upload photos to DF if in the field or office. Only giving four star because picture load out of order taken. To make reports I have to manually number each photo to get the desired order to format report.
The app is user friendly and allows for quick, real time information to be entered from the field. Customer service team is always available for questions/comments.
Awesome way for field to communicate with office and visa versa. Quick way to put pictures away and record onsite notes

This app seems to fail quite a bit
Cannot edit the work notes anymore
So far the app is good for loading photos, calling a contact, setting a calendar event, or mapping a building. Wish it had access to the documents. Also wish you could change statuses through the app. If you could do those things, then the new notifications could be utilized more effectively.

It does what it says it does. A few hiccups with app but overall it's good.
Love the app, happy to have it for Android. Please include event calendar on next update!!
It would be a huge improvement for the app if there was an option to increase font and text size for the App itself. The menu icons have become smaller as well and are hard to read.
