This is the best code reader I've come across by a wide margin. I work with a variety of code types and this is the reader I've found that reads everything I point it at: UPC-(any), databar-limited, datamatrix, etc. Additionally, it's one of the few that identifies code types, which is super handy in my industry. My only complaint is that I wish it could function in portrait mode, which would be more ergonomic, but that's a very minor complaint. For reference: running on Moto X gen 1.
It works well as long as you have the phone in landscape mode. If you hold it upright it crashes after scanning qr codes in Wi-Fi mode. A more obvious settings button would help usability.
Reads all the codes. Interface is garbage though. Almost 5 stars.
Fantastic app, after the update, no longer crashes the camera on my Flo. This app is much better than the more popular alternatives!
Worked perfectly as advertised. A lot of others claim to decode 2d, but won't. This does!
I have been trying to get a Wi-Fi barcode reader that would scan barcodes on foil labels and this does! Although whenever I scan a barcode it replaces the first 2 characters with **. Any ideas what I can do to fix this? Thanks.
What is with all the invasive permissions?
I have finally found a scanner worthy of praise. Able to scan everything from UPC to the data bar code of my drivers license. Excellent!
This app wasn't on my Droid RAZR maxx for more than 1 minute before it crashed my phones camera and would not allow it to initialize. NO GOOD APP!
Nice thing for use
fails to work. screen goes black even sfter activation and crashes. i once used a year ago but no longer working
