DATCU Mobile Banking

This is the worst app. Unfortunately, my car loan is through Datcu, and I can't pay through this app. EVERY credit card I have, including bank of america, make it so easy to make a payment. You even have to go through hoops to make a payment through their website. It's frustrating.

Exp terrible. Tried to log in with the password I have written down before I reset it. Now I am locked out. If your going to make calling a pain the mobile app should be less of on. Both are on equal ground. I wouldn't use the app and call them its easier and saves you from having to keep coming up with new passwords.

(Only 500 characters allowed, so in short) My experience using this app (when it is accessable without having to call support, which is usually another 15-30 min. ) has been extremely frustrating. Last 9 month +/-, haven't been able to log in without getting locked out. Once in the app, it is great. I understand the need for security, but this is ridicous. Usually I now just log in from website and works fine. Today (Sat.) Under construction. Love the bank. Just app sucks.

App is worthless. i've deleted and reinstalled it twice and each time I try to log in, it hangs for 10-15 mins before finally letting me in. Just started happening this week, so. not sure what's going on.

Great app but since the Android update on 1/30/19, I have not been able to access the app. It says service unavailable, please restart your device. I used the app daily and it's a huge hindrance to have to try to log in through the web browser on my phone.

Ever since the most recent update, this app hasn't worked for me. I've never had a problem until now, and it's very inconvenient. It just says recieving response/loading, but never actually signs me in.

I've had really no issues with this app. on very minut occasions the app is down and I just tried to log back in a couple of minutes later and it works just fine I haven't really had any issues at all.

"One time pin" I cannot find a place in the mobile app for the one time pin from an alert. I looked in each tab and I don't see it. The bank will not be open until morning.

App won't let me sign in at all. I installed it for the first time and entered all my login information correctly. Then it tells me "invalid login." Then says it gives me a code. But neither my phone or email address paired with my account get a code.

This is more to help people than a review. Like many others after android update this app stopped working. Although not as convenient you can use your browser and access online banking that way. hope it helps someone.

Works pretty well, especially for quick balance. Deposit checks with ease, find location, make transfers.

I'm having the same problem everyone else is since the update I can't use the app,I have to go on a browser in order to do my banking I like using the mobile app. I hope they hurry and fix the problem.

Once again, and as usual, the DATCU app doesn't really show what you've spent, requiring you to keep a paper check register like olden days, or risk an overdraft fee and a negative balance.

the app stopped working on my phone and says it is a system error this has been over a week that I cant use the app to access my account info.

Since updating 2/6/19 it says service is temporarily unavailable, reboot your device. I hope this is fixed soon

Since I last updated the app, I have not been able to sign in. My login and password have not changed.

From the years I've been with this company, I've never have had any type of problem with the app, nor the service that has been renderd.

Mobile deposit does not work. The app simply hangs after the second photo. Customer support was helpless

was using this app until about a week ago, won't let me sign in, ive uninstalled it, go to download all it says is install, no download option anymore

since new android update my app will not work. I even rebooted and it still isn't working.

Had this app for years. Now I cant login. I can login on the website but not the app.

Won't let me login even though I waited 24 hours for it to not lock me out of my account, this app is just worthless and a waste of time DON'T EVER DOWNLOAD THIS IS WHAT DATCU DOES TO YOU!

ok doesnt work for Android Pie. i can provide help with the new SDK if your devs can't figure it out.
