The app still a joke. Distance settings and filters doesn't work at all. You can't set the distance accurately. App full with bugs. Non of the profiles from the same city not even the same country. Even with disabled notifications the app still sending emails to my account. The app wants a confirmation phone number to delete the account even if never been veeyfied the phone before. Ridiculous. Absolutely shocking...
This app is a scam. You can not reset your password ever! I sent an email to customer support, they never reply. I just their goal is to have you sign up again so your account stay in the app forever, so it liok there are more users. That's why u never get a response from a ton of ppl in this app. Its a scam!
Spammed my email with notifs from different emails for each kind of notif. Was annoying as hell to mark all that spam and delete. I hate you!
Fix and I will give 5 stars: In encounters they show the same profiles over and over again across days. Also DON'T show inactive profiles in encounters and show me people who liked me in encounters regardless of distance so we can match. Once we finish swiping all the actives in our respective cohntires, show actives feom neighboring countries. Never show inactives in swiping, people who logged in months ago...
Well so far since rejoining I've had a half okay and a half extremely negative experience. The negative experience is the server itself that runs the site and has a very bad internet continuity connection to people's devices because I know it's not my phone I run 5G Advance Services so I know it's not on my end.. so mamba you guys into look at your server..
No notifications pop ups. You won't be able to see your message until you open the app and that's improper. Please put that in consideration.
Avoid this !!! They are like scammers. Contacted right after the support team to reimburse money for premium being charged fully (arround 25€) without 3 days of trial like it was listed in the ad. Their support team reply to my concern: All payment methods available in your area are listed on the payment instruction page, and thats it . What can you else expect?
I love this App So much.. but I have one problem, verifying while taking pictures is a Stress & Buying coins to meet your Desired person is also not advisable. The App is Awesome but buying Coins to enjoy the App is another issue. We're still waiting for An App better that Facebook.. Anyway, 5 ✨✨ for the App .
I havent even finished finished my profile and got to do anything else on the app before it started messing up. the same page kept flashing across the screen over and over. it would saying loading for a second and then flash across the screen again. it was non stop. I closed out the app, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but when I logged back on it went right back to the same thing. i think it was supposed to be a page where you could write what you looking for but couldn't do nothing
I signed up for a a free trial service which required to input my Google pay info but it doesn't show in my Google subscriptions and there is no way for me to cancel it. I get charged weekly now. The apps customer support won't cancel it on their end. The is no cancel button anywhere in the app even though they claim it's there. You can't delete your account. When you try to delete, a message on the screen tells you to click on the link of the email that was sent to you which always expired.
SCAM! SCAM! The app will refuse you from ever deleting your account and photos. I'm reporting you guys, why would you create an app one registers but cannot delete their account when they are no longer interested?!!! Are you telling me 70% of people on there are ghosts account n abandoned account?!!!!!! Delete my account immediately!!!!!!!!!!
Even paid for subscription, you still limited with profile views and encounters...
Horrible app. Doesn't let you download your photos. Then blocks your profile every day for no reason. Customer service never answers. Would never recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your time!
Logged in within my facebook account. All my profile photos were uploaded from there. Now i can delete none of them! When I click on photo instructions of photo upload is shown instead of the photo. The red minus icon is not clicked at all! My new uploaded photo is not shown in my profile. I cannot believe that such bugs may not be fixed before a release

Doesn't let to delete my own profile, keeps saying "Failed to confirm deletion of profile, please try again later". EDIT: Had to contact the support, in the end they have deleted the account by my request.

I can't watch livestreams again because you removed that segment in the app. They removed livestream watching from android. So, I give you only a star until you fix it!!
I never unsally make reviews on app but this is a very stupid app. Don't use it annoying
Could be super fun but is very buggy and poorly designed. I get dozens of emails daily even though turned off. I paid to boost my profile and it didn't. You see the same people everyday no matter how many times you block each other. The majority of profiles you can't even "wink" or like without paying even though I already paid for VIP. I can't imagine anyone wanting to keep paying more than one month after learning that the app is garbage and VIP membership does not open the profiles fully.
horrible experience..won't let you delete and upload photos or create new albums for people to see..dont waste your money on this moronic app with horrible support.. reinstalled it 3 times to see if there was any problem with the software.. horrible way to milk money from people and no support to rectify issues
This is my first time with this app I see some woman and put like and some I skip but the deed back when I open I can't see any think small letter say preload I press nothing happened... In addition I notice some message said find out or figure but when I press nothing open. They ask to activate cate email I tried nothing happened Regards Suleimam
