Why is this app still published? It barely works. I'm constantly having to clear the data and then log back in again. Which, the login process is a joke; everytime you switch to your authentication app for the 2FA, it resets back to the username. But I guess like everything else Datto does, it's a half-assed effort. It really makes you wonder what you're really paying for: innovation or just fluffed salaries of useless middle management that stifles actual work and progress?
Definitely appreciate the improvement on the networking section. A+ for effort. It seems like I have quite a bit more power at the app level! Checked out the bcdr section, it looks limited at the moment but as it's in preview, I look forward to updates to increase functionality to that portion.
Disappointing. No way to remotely view or access client computers or network devices. Just let's you review items in your list. Nothing actionable. I removed it. Clearly was not developed by anyone who manages customer issues. Definitely NOT an RMM product.
An app that you can't login in to, and when you can, doesn't actually work. It really is incredible. Edit 6/9/20: just commenting back to say that the app still is truly just as bad if not worse than my original review
Cant even log in anymore. Was handy to scan qr codes for devices but even that wasn't working when I last logged in months ago. Pretty much on par with the rest of Dattos Android apps. Creates them so its a selling point and then stops supporting. 😑
would give a zero if i could. wont even give me a logon screen. says err net not connected, and thats not true. useless. cloudtrax app worked for that side of the fence, whst happened here?
installed app, created power device. Datto app doesn't show up in my menu of installed apps (Android). have never had this issue with another app.
Doesn't work. I log in and get an error. It has worked before. It was nice to be able to scan a QR code to add a device to a network. Please fix this!
it looks nice but that's about it. logged in with my normal credentials. even pushes out an MFA. but there's no devices. fleet of 20 or so DNA but none populate.
Able to log in again but not able to see any networks still. Needs a lot of work
From bad to worse. When this app forst released it was just ok. Then 2fa was "unified" with their SSO and it has never worked since

Awesome easy to use and for management of Datto networking products.
Simply great
Good start for a "version 1.0". I'm able to log in on the app, but when viewing networks it's a convoluted mess. I expect to see a easy alphabetized list of my networks (only, no details) and can expand and drill down from there. Also, once installed, it does not appear in the Apps tray and there is no way to launch it. It's a good start, but lacks a lot in usability. I don't know that I'd use this app versus just jumping to the PC and a browser.
