This app is a hot mess. Navigation is counterintuitive, and getting it to accept a credit card is almost impossible. Why can every other app on my phone and every website work with Google to auto fill my CC#, but this one freezes if I try it? Not a review of the food though, that part is amazing.
Menu is easy to navigate and place orders. My only complaint is that once the order is placed and I start tracking it, after a few minutes I get a "session expired" message, and can no longer track my order, would like the session to last until I receive my delivery.
Out of all the apps I have used, this one has to be the worst. Just call in the order it's not worth the aggravation. App keeps crashing, then start from scratch each time.
Between 3 separate Davanni's NOT 1 will tell me which delivers to my address!! Eden Prairie, Eagan or Bloomington! So unfortunately they have lost, along with 15 others that I know of! The Bloomington evening Manager is EXTREMELY rude, we REFUSE to dine-in or even take-out! Much less use Uber eats or Grubhub! It TRULY is unfortunate because we ALL have a favorite item on the menu. 🤦🏽♀️
The app tracking portion isn't accurate. It tells you preparing order and then doesn't update again until the food is 2 minutes away.
Love the new app. Seemless order placement and loved being able to select location and pick up time.
Their rewards program is a waste of time. Your points expire before you have a chance to use them.
Doesn't seem to work or connect. Cant find my account, but the cashier can find it by phone number. Is that an option?
I try to deliver to my address and its saying my address doesn't exist...had to order online through website...what's the point of the app

You have to spend 500 dollars to get a 20 dollar off coupon. Absolutely terrible rewards.
It does track your points, which is nice.but does not show what the reward levels are. Its fsirly featureless. And from,what i understand the rewards tiers are kind of insane. As in... Not motivating.
Wish the app was its own and didn't take me to the website, but other than that I love the food, and the service I received every visit, as well as the rewards program is awesome, happy to see you have a way to give back to a regular :)
Keeps crashing when I try to sign up.
I've used this app for a long time. Takes a while to get used to its quirks, but overall ok. Recently though, I've been having issues where it won't allow me to customize pizza toppings. I like a Works pizza plus black olives, but I have to ask for them in the comments. Changing the toppings is even offered as an option!
