Davis Vision

To register you have to enter your birthday, but the only way to do that is to tap on the back arrow until your year and month appear. There is no way to just type it in. For me that's about 960 taps. Very poor app design, unless you are less than three years old.

When I call customer support, they can see all claims in my account. I cannot see them in the app and I cannot see them online. The website only works with Chrome, which would be fine if they would tell you. And customer service is only able to send the copies by paper mail, not email. Which makes the website and the app pretty useless. I was super happy with Davis Vision until I tried logging into the account. Phone support is great. But that 21st century stuff still needs a lot of work.

Worst app and website I've ever used! Can't log In. Even customer service couldn't figure it out. They kept transferring me to different ppl and hung up on me numerous times. I have been on the phone since 11a it's now 2p and Nothing hasn't been done!!! I'm beyond frustrated! And definately changing providers in the new enrollment.

I cannot register either. The security question will only let you tap the question but can't move forward to the next question. If you tap the back arrow at the top, it will make you start over and the cycle will begin again. Absolutely deficient app

Trash. Even after using website to register, because you can't with the app (the option is there but the person who coded the app is really bad at their job), I wasn't able to log in. Easier to go to an optometrist and have them look up your benefits.

I received the email to activate.. I click the link get bounced here and told I have to go back to my email or call because I need to activate my account. I call and it's all automated BS. This is impossible to get on. I tried the computer too. Yesterday it was a blank box. Today it says the same thing as the app. This app is useless!!!

This app is very unusable! Like many of the other users' reviews, I experienced spotty success with it. The only bright spot was the customer service representative, A***ey, who was helpful in giving me a better understanding of how my benefits work. I have had numerous conversations with Davis Vision regarding website issues, and advise them not to tout their "brand new app!" until they can rid it of all its "bugs". Judging by the consensus of member reviews, it is neither easy or convenient to use!

The birthdate selection method is annoying and you have to make sure its correct at the end. The app let's me register all of my personal information and then states the account is already registered. I tried to request the password and it says they don't have an account registered with those credentials. Make up your mind. Garbage.

I downloaded this app to after calling Davis vision to virtually see my insurance card as I am getting a new one sent to me and it only displays my name. Nothing thats actually needed to show proof of insurance. I had no trouble logging in but there's no need for the app when I only downloaded it to see my insurance card. Every other insurance provider does this easily 😒

When trying to click an app to install, completely unrelated to Davis Vision... you're redirected to Davis Vision if you have this app installed on your phone. You must go into the Play store and search for the app that you want and install it directly from the Play store... any links or redirects of any kind will get you stuck in a Davis Vision loop. It's amazing how poorly this app was built to accomplish this behavior. Shameful for it being healthcare-related too! :(

I'm not a fan of this app. Unlike most apps, swiping back just asks me if I want to exit. NO, APP, I AM THREE SCREENS IN! I WANT TO GO BACK A SCREEN! Also, half of the icons are just a square with an X in it. I dunno what that means. This app is the pits! THE PITS, I TELL YOU! Oh, also it's really slow.

So for the most part (checking coverage and finding a provider) this app is OK. My problem comes when I try to open an external link that should lead to the app store to the specific app advertised, it opens this app. From Facebook, other games or apps, I have to exit that app, open the app store separate and then type in the app I was trying to get sent to. Had to Uninstall for now.

While the app does what I need for my eye care, the damn thing opens everytime I try and click an app from within an app. Ex 1: On Pandora and Waze info pops up (Pandora while driving) so I click it. Well, here comes the Davis Vision app. Ex 2: Playing Archero when AFK Arena commercial pops up. I decide to try it but guess what? Yup, hello Davis Vision app again.

This app is complete garbage. Everytime I try to log in, I get a connection error message. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times and it still won't let me log in.

Complete garbage. Don't know what is worse--this app or website! I can at least sign in on app, but website continues to crash. App displays no info and freezes after a page!

Garbage app, complete waste of time. Cannot even get past login. Closed the app multiple times. Seems like rookies built the app, with 0 oversight or care from the business!!!! Very disappointing particularly when I need to use it for claims. You should seriously think of your tech platform.

so after reading all the reviews I still decided to give it a try. can't even register keeps saying error. I decided to send Davis vision an email explaining the situation and all they sent back was an email telling me to make sure I'm entering all the info correctly smh 🤦‍♀️

Frustrated!!! ...I did use the same username and password that I registered in my online account, but still showing a message telling me that is a "coverage error,please close the app and try again". And never works, is so frustrating...

This is one of my worst apps. It is nearly impossible to get logged in. If i do manage to get logged in the app won't keep me logged in or let my fingerprint login work. This app is horrible

This app is not user friendly for finding providers. if you click on a location, it doesn't load the information and just hangs there.

I downloaded this app to see my insurance card, but it only displays my name. The app also constantly opens when I click on an ad to download, etc. The app isn't worth it. The website is much better.

On the registration screen, it won't let me click out of the pop-up with the security question. I can't complete the registration. Makes the app unusable.

Worthless app and website, both are garbage. Even after speaking to customer service and still when the rep reset my password over phone nothing happened. I was still left without access to my account.

Upon first opening app it will not load anything after entering my credentials. The loading circle just keeps spinning. My connection is fine.

used to work but as of today you try to log in with or without fingerprint it tries to login only to go back to the login screen. i wanted to see the status my glasses order but cant do that in the app.

Map view doesn't update to show vision providers. App shows a blank map. This is entirely useless!

notice on top covers login info area. will not rotate to see everything. basically useless. could not sign in even after calling.

Asks for email or cell number if you want to be notified of direct deposit but states my claim was submitted without being given opportunity. Doesn't have a way to log out.

wont register. It keeps telling me that they can't find the user name ID or whatever put it with numbers and letters without numbers and letters but the app is garbage
