I was forced to update while I was trying to log in for my appointment. After the update, the app claimed I had an unstable internet connection. I ran a speed test to check, and my internet connection is fine. I tried using mobile data, got the same error, so I switched back to my wireless network. Still unstable. Every other app and website works great. Obviously, the problem is with the app, not with my connection. Now I have to reschedule my appointment. Thanks a lot!

I dislike having to sign in each time I need to use the app. It seems as if autofill option to save password is it available for this app. Also, I'm not able to save data from multiple exchanges on the same day.

Miserable to use. Disables speakerphone if any messages or calls try to come in while app in use. Only fix is a phone reboot. No way to log out. Again, only reboot fixes issue. Trash connectivity on five bars, garbage interface. Overall, my fistula surgery recovery was less painful than this app is to use.

This App is a nightmare it gets caught in a loop every time I try to update it. The app says its updated then when you open it it asks you to update it again even restarting the phone doesn't work!

Can not get update. Always dumping my password so I have to put it in again and again. Can't get updates when site says update required. Update to this post, it has happened again update required but unavailable at download site. Will these computer geeks get it correct. You are supposed to be smart when it comes to computers, try and get it fixed.

Start great so much easier for me to keep up with my records or doctor cannot my presence is growing throughout the month I always forget to take my record to my Clinic appointment so this is just what I needed and it's a good way to contact my doctor just in case your phone it's off if use Wi-Fi and use the app to contact the clinic just in case you have an emergency

Cluncky interface. Date/time entry is difficult and too many required. No way to enter negative numbers.

No room for error, can't correct information. Have several sessions that require additional information apparently, but I don't know which ones they are, and I don't know what they want. And I've had multiple instances where there was an update, according to the app, but there is no update in the Play store. I wouldn't release this app if I was the product owner.

Please find a way to stop asking me to take a survey every time I enter my numbers. I've taken it once already. I should be able to save progress when adding a treatment. It's impossible to know my initial drain, total UF, etc before the treatment has even happened. As it stands now, I enter my vitals the night of treatment and then skip over that section in the morning when entering my treatment results.

The overall app is ok-ish but need fixing. The biggest issue is the constantly rejection of the login credentials. (Even if correct & recently changed) The other issue is in relation to the login credentials: the need for a facility to even change the password is ridiculous. I understand the need but it is overall annoying. Everything else is bare minimum working. Also, most of the reviews on this app are bashing without giving actual replies and just crying instead of explaining the issues.

You need to add a spot for added dwell time under the lost dwell. I don't know how many pt get that but we have an added dwell quite often and I get tired of having to type it in the comments all the time. I want it to be accurate when inputting numbers.

I'm just using this to view my labs and I cannot take screenshots. And not all lab results are in the app. I have to ask my clinic to provide me with printouts or pdfs for all the results.

Twice now I upon signing in I get a message saying a update is required. When I go to the play store to update, there is no update. I am then unable to login. This needs to be fixed.

This app cuts off during Tele appointments or it freezes up. It froze up on my end and then it froze up on my Dr's end. It also cut off in the middle of me uploading my flow charts. Also there's not an option to load multiple flow charts at one time you have to do them individually. Also I want to be able to enter my vitals prior to the appointment & not have to say them over the screen during the visit. This is a very basic app needs improving

Not very user-friendly...The quality of the sound is awful... I can barely hear my care team... Tried connecting wireless headphones & app crashed... When appointments are declined, they are not removed from your calendar... Doesn't have a way to view & sign docs which kind of defeats the usefulness of the app during times of quarantine or social distancing...Will continue to use because it is all I have but hoping it gets better.

Have Samsung Galaxy 7s. No way to log off. Have to shut down through phone and there's no way to tell if it's shut down so it could remain connected eating up data. NEED A LOG OFF BUTTON! Also need to put on home screen. No menu on app to do that. Gets lost on playstore. I never use playstore except to load an app. Once this is loaded there needs to be an easy way to access it. I use my home screen to access all the apps I use.

Not a good experience! I hit the update and now I can't enter my information and it will not update.

Every time I try to log in now it says update but there is no update available I have Uninstalled and still day issue

Won't let you edit to add a manual drain to your cycler info.. Now it's telling me to update the app, when you hit update, it kicks you out just to sign in again..

If I could give it zero stars I would so. After multiple times to "update" the application tells me there is an update. I have u installed the app., restarted my phone multiple times.

Asked to be updated when i did it keep saying to update this app really sucks all the time and money y'all put into this and it doesnt help the patients get on your job and correct these issues we are having trouble with

Need to be able to send the activation code via email and not assume that the cell phone number on record is able to receive texts. The alternate method of "call us" didn't work because no One was available. Had to call our local davita office for the work around. Another feature to add would be sync up with Google calendar for automatic reminders. I was able to install it on my Samsung tablet. A browser version would be good for those without a cell phone or older phone because of PC bigger

I am new to dialysis and this app is all that I have been trained on. It has a required update which, apparently, is not ready, yet. Very frustrating. Hopefully, this issue will be fixed very soon. It's not as user friendly as it could be. The steps are out of sequence, a lot of going back to complete entries.

Every time they do an update, you can't use the app until it gets updated in the play store. Apparently their developers have never heard of versioned APIs. It makes it really difficult to trust the app to work to record my treatment data. If I have to write everything down once or twice a month, why bother using the app at all?

This app is great WHEN it works properly. I was told after 1/1/22 it's supposed to be fully functional. Let's hope so. At this time it's not functional for new users & care partners. Extremely frustrating! 😪

I remember the app being able to show before dialysis weight and an after dialysis weight I can't find it anymore where is it

Every time they do update. The system doesn't work at all. It takes a day or overnight before it comes back on. Not good at all. But love the system it keeps my record and stuff going. Please need help when it updates can't sign in at all.

Needs constant updates! Every few days it seems I need to update this junk app. Has multiple steps for taking a picture of my log sheets, then won't let me enlarge the picture to check what I'm verifying. Sends push notifications I don't care about. I absolutely hate the user experience.

This app has a ton of great information that really only helps new patients. For a patient that is actively tracking their progresses, there is nothing. A patient has to go through the website to obtain weight gains and losses and lab results.

Using the daily info reports to the office has been helpful except for the need for "cookies This app uses "spyware" and sells your information to a third party.
