Davut Güloğlu (b. 1972, Rize), Turkish singer.

Davut Güloğlu, born and raised in Rize, has lost her mother at 13 and her father at 14. Davut Güloğlu continued his education in Rize as the middle child of a large family with 11 children. The singer who passed through her childhood due to these losses had migrated from Rize to Istanbul. Güloğlu, who came to İstanbul and gained her life as a wholesaler during her youth, was invited to Arif Sağ's courses.

Güloğlu, who made his debut in the music sector with his first album 'Being in Darılsamda' in Sarılsamda, quickly announced his name in the Black Sea region.

Davut Güloğlu released his album 'Nurcanım' in January 2001 and brought his local fame to national dimensions. With this album selling about 2 - 2.5 million copies, he became the first Turkish singer to start the ethnic-pop movement.

Davut Güloğlu released his album 'Katula Katula' in May 2003 and carried his fame in Europe to Europe. Davut Güloğlu broke his own record record with this album. Güloğlu attracted the attention of foreigners especially in the regions where the Turks are intense. Güloğlu received awards in France and received an exclusive interview with the world-famous news agency AGF (Agence France-Presse).

Davut Güloğlu, Nurcanım and Katula Katula received an award from Ahmet Necdet Sezer, the president of that time, with the album that increased the morale of the country in the bad social environment created by the economic crisis in the 2000s.

One year after this very popular program with a high rate of watching, the singer who entered the summer with the album 'Seni Seni' in June 2012 brought her singers together after a long period of time.

The album clip, which was taken with the intense interest of the people in Trabzon, took part in the production of Poll Production, after a break of 6 years.
