Poor Service. No Sense of Customer Service. They take order and later call and tell you that the medicine is not in stock or sometimes there own policy issues.. also at times swap the order with other customers orders too and eventually deliver open box orders.. Not Recommend!
Hope less services... I placed an order on third or fourth day when I inquired They informed that one item is not available...I asked for sending test of items... When I checked I found instead of NEUROBION tablets I was sent NEUROBION injections 30 ampules I was forced to return and cancel my order... Very disappointing
When addd to cart it shows fast but when place the order it shows 2-3 delivery days pathetic misguiding about delivery date, even don't mention delivery date before order place. There should be delivery time mention before payment done.
Extremely disappointed by my recent experience. I placed 2 orders yesterday and didn't receive any update on orders. Today I called helpline to ask about the order and got a strange response that some items in my order were not available. I was astonished because I didn't receive any follow up regarding unavailability of items. And the CSR told that I have to wait till the availability and they CAN'T ship the available items too. Being a regular e-commerce user, this is very strange for me.
These guys are committing a fraud. They have items in their app that are not in inventory and have the wrong prices, if you place order by credit card they say the updated price is higher so we will give you cash back in app and place the order again. But the cash back in app is of a lower amount. After you place a new order they still don't deliver for days saying 8ts not in our inventory
Whatever u search in this application that must be sold Out.. What to purchase when every thing remains sold out.i am trying from 25 Days to purchase but its always showing sold out .. Thay dont restock imidiatlly sold out items 😒😏
Poor service. Placed an order and paid online but there was no progress even after 3 days. They said Over my 2 calls in 2 days that, one item is not available. They couldn't arrange due to which i had to cancel the order. Moreover, refund will be process in 15 days. Extremely disappointing and waste of days. Worst experience
They are the worst, it's been now 8 days since I placed the order but till now the dispatching is not done. I am unable to understand why my order is not being dispatched till now even after the consignment confirmation. Customer reps are also extremely non professional, they have learned few words and they just keep repeating those. My experience with them EXTREMELY BAD.
Very difficult to find out the exact medicine, you are looking for. Most of time, required medicine is not showing in the search bar. A lot improvement is required. Regards, Shaz
I have ordered medicines worth nearly 100,000Rs. from this app and first two or three orders were great experiences, as the shipments were on time and there were no problems. But, my last three or four orders had delayed shipping and were delivered to me after 10days to more than 15 days and that too after I contacted the customer service department. If I had not contacted them the orders would have been delayed further. I had previously given this app 5 stars but now I am updating it to 0 stars
I just downloaded this app to give 1 star because i fed up from their 3rd class customer service. I ordered rapid COVID test kit from their website but they haven't delivered the liquid with it and it's been more then 4 days they still investigating this small matter and can't able to resolve this, i sent multiple emails to their customer service but no luck. I never recommend this service to anyone.
Rates are very comfortable from the markeet my first order was received and it was nice but 2nd order is taken by call on prescription but it is still on process and i cant faund the cancellation process in app plz update and add cancel option for customer to save your customer's time and cash. Over all best by rates and direct order delivery. On call i feel bad service. 0 star for that. Apps 5 star officially given. 👍
Very poor service, first incomplete order was delivered in 4 days, second order now delivered in 8 days, paid online, both bills have 1 over priced product and one missing. 45 days gone still first invoice issue not resolved both invoices issues are pending, finally leaving this app now.
Poor, pathetic service. I have had to cancel 2 orders where I had already made payment using credit card. What ever product you click says "in stock" but after payment and waiting for several hours, when you call them they say product is unavailable.
Worst experience ever. App showed item in-stock but got a reply after online payment that they don't have it so app should have option to change it to an alternate...first of all why was it showing in stock and more to the misery they refund you in 15 to 20 days. My concern is that we are buying medicines not clothes or shoes that we can wait for their re-stock it's a must..must have thing. First, worst and last dealing with dawaai.pk will never recommend anyone. 🤬👎👎👎
Discount and the use of app are good but after providing all required prescription, they are taking more than usual. I have got last two of my orders after 8-9 days with titled all medicine as fast delivery. Whenever you reach out to them of possible delay they are always short of 1 or 2 meds. If you don't have any med just mention it out of stock rather than delaying Everytime.
Whenever I open the app its too slow or it shows server error.
Very bad experience.. just waste of time. I give order and they deliver in 7 to 9 days. And also getting delivery charges. Which cost is more then original product price... Disappointed ☹️☹️
Please apply bug fixes at the earliest. It doesn't work as it should. Clicking on any item takes me back to the main screen, whether clicked from popular items or from the search results. It constantly shows a loader, don't know if anything is being fetched from an api or whatever but it should handle every failure and success cases; I do have a very good internet connection by the way. Not user friendly; I had to go to search to find my medicine. There should be a list to display for this.
Need improvement. All option to help you in order, and if order is done then no option in the application to change or cancel, for this you have to call or email. After an online payment, no confirmation as cart still shows your order but actually order is processed.
Their service was excellent at the start but as they are getting more customers they are unable to coup up with growing demand, delays in delivery is a must now. Initially I gave them 5 stars, now slashing it to 3 due to their poor service.
Service is good however fast charges are increased which is justified. Also when some medicine is not available they take too much time, previously they called customers for confirmation to send without the short stock medicine now they don't. Also the consultation with doctor on their app doesn't work, always at waiting no. 1. Please remove the feature if it is not available.
Overall good experience the only issue is late delivery. Normally I pay through Credit Card in advance but it takes approximately 8-10 days to dispatch order. I booked order on 22-05-2022 and today 30-05-2022 just received a message that TCS has picked my parcel for delivery. Purpose of order prior to end of available medicine with the expectation that medicine ll reach on time but now I purchased from local market which compel me to think why should I use dawaai if purpose is not met.
