App is nicely organized, but the search is awful. It's searching by name, but you have to enter the first 3 or 4 letters of your location, article included ("The Y of... ", not "Y of..."). To the devs: if you can't/won't support proper keyword searching, at least add a Browse option to the app so people can find their locations (A-Z and by state/province/etc.).

I've installed this on 3 devices. 2 tablets, one phone. All different brands and Andriod versions. On each device, all I get is 3 dots bouncing up and down. I've cleared cache, rebooted but no change. UPDATE: My add blocker/firewall was preventing this from working. I whitelisted then it launched. I have different add blocker/firewall on each device so it appears to be universally blocked by those apps. I've added stars because it now launches. I'll update again after I've used it.

Won't open on my Samsung A71 5G phone running Android 11. All I get is a white page with 3 gray dots that don't clear. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times didn't fix the issue.

So far this app is useful and user friendly, with a little bit of self exploration and daily use. The Instructors search is a nice feature, as well as the programs, like looking for personal training sessions. So far so good. :-)

The app is good, but have noticed my card barcode requires me to turn the screen brightness up all the way for it to get scanned. I've seen other apps that can do that automatically. It'd be a great feature.

This app is pretty well organized, and it was able to find my YMCA, however there are notable issues. Nearly half the time, when I schedule a certain time it doesn't actually register as being reserved at the YMCA. It has numerous times interrupted my daily plans due to my workout being entirely unable to happen due to poor programing on the app-side of things.

Doesn't show the messages, like when the local pool was closed. The notices never showed, yet I showed up to swim because the app - which I checked right before leaving home -- and also once I was at the pool and staff said it was closed - - - ie the app STILL said the pool was open . Worthless app.

GPS tracking but even with location access it cant find me. Clunky user interface and not intuitive at all. YMCA not sure why your app didnt meet google standards and forced the change but you must have changed devs because this is nothing like the old app that is no longer supported. Get the old devs to write the new app.

Only good for storing ID cards App downloaded fine, even allowed me to select my local YMCA, but then only shows me info for some center in Alabama (I live in Ohio). Basically, the whole app is useless except for the ID card storage. Would be great if they could fix!

I love this app! I no longer need a paper version of the YMCA schedule (for both locations- can toggle between them on the app). I also no longer need to call the front desk for information. 🥰

It wouldn't load. just had the bouncing dots for a long time. tried enabling all permissions, uninstalled and reinstalled. turned wifi on/off and rebooted, still didn't work. Pixel 3 Android version 9

Shows wrong info for the center that is displayed. The app used to work fine but now when a user clicks on hours and location link it brings me to some Y in AL; I live in WI. As a QA tester this is just god awful.

Garbage app, absolutely terrible! I've tried to use this app on multiple Samsung devices (S8-10)and all I get is 3 dots bouncing up and down. I've left the app sitting for 5 minutes once and still nothing loaded. This is just a pitiful excuse of an app, hopefully my YMCA app will continue to work until this mess is sorted out

Unable to find my local gym. A different location installs which won't allow me to return ro the search menu. I then uninstall, reinstall, repeatedly. Not user friendly!

Our local y isn't showing up (actually only 3 gyms show up now and none of them are even in our state). Whenever we search our zip code, y gym name, or city it says "sorry couldn't find what you're looking for". It also doesn't seem like the gym staff know that there is an issue (Daxko should make them aware of bugs) since when we brought it up to them they said they haven't heard anything.

This app never works, the only helpful thing it does is keeps me from not having to carry my membership card. I have downloaded it 3 or 4 times and still can never see any schedules or classes.

I have an android I have been trying to download this app 6 times and it circles forever. My last try was a 1/2 hour waiting still would not install. What's wrong with your app I see there's a lot of other complaints also. I just joined the gym today I'm very disappointed and I and I will let them know.

Won't install. Have tried numerous times. Thought maybe my phone had too many apps. Went and deleted off unused apps. No help at all. Installs but will NOT open

Does not show schedule of daily classes. Claims filters prevent it. There are no filters.

I feel like this is a desktop program not optimized for mobile. When I click to register, the font is teeny tiny. It would probably look good on my laptop or desktop, but not here.

The app is unable to find my Y. My local Y has tried to get it to work. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works. It's useless to me when I can't access the Y I use.

Love this app! I can easily find class schedules with instructors. Also, I appreciate the timely updates when classes are cancelled.

The old app with all of it's problems was better - when you got an alert you cold click on it for more info - this app shows you norhing.

listing of classes is nice but the functionality to store a membership card is not working correctly. definitely needs some work.

Can't add my card or any info. App refuses to save any data. Needs to be fixed, currently unusable in this state.

there is NO reason why there should be a separate app per location. very difficult to find the correct app

Something must be wrong with this app. I did what the Y told me, installed it 4 times, everytime it said Daxko is going to install soon. It's been 2 hours, nothing happened.

1st time user and I was reluctant to use but it really was an easy app to use while it speeds up the settlement process. Ooah State Farm! 1SG US Army (Ret.)....

First page, do a zip code search. Didn't even work an easy search, now YMCA, stop sending me emails about thus great app.
