This is a cool app that lets you see the shadow of the earth on itself in real time - changes minute by minute and season to season so you can see day time and night time all over the world - other cool features the exact position where the sun and moon are directly overhead - lets you adjust day and time to see the map other than a live scenario - flags several world cities with optional crosshairs - really cool app
I did purchase tha app. I like it but pleas if one thong could be changed for full screen mode one slight touch deactivates it. Could that be changed in the next update please. I believe that deactivation could be done by ppwer button or double tap or some other suggestive gesture instead of just one tap on map which could give a user possibilities of zooming or panning the map in full screen mode. Also since i bought the app the ads disappeared but the map deteriorated. Hm.. .
Generally good. Re Adelaide: statistics for city wrong but map with correct sunrise and sunset. Upgraded to kill ad-vert-s & get user loc. but time zones missing: no Nfld (GMT-3.5/-2.5) or N.C. Chile (despite Santiago) (GMT-4/-3) among others. Here it is the end of 2021 and none of the bugs I mentioned have been eliminated.
Full screen. Nice options. Easy to use. I will actually probably put this on more than one device. Great for DX. 73 de K2BNY
exactly what i was looking for! see the abstraction of time straight from its source, the rotational position of the earth to the sun
i learned a lot with this app thanks i wish you made this app with the azimuthal equidistant map too
I like the way it shows the daylight on all different countries
The map quality is perfect.
It's a clock that doesn't display the time! Idiocy!
This is the app if you want to know where the sun is over earth. Thank you to the developer. 👍
The samoa is wrong time it -11gmt it suppose to be 14+gmt
Intensely flickers on my Samsung Galaxy Tab E.
It was good but it wasn't that Special for me
i really enjoy this app.
It's Great I Just Love it.
Why Jerusalem show as capital of isreal...?
Now I can't get it to install.
Ui is really bad
Very cool
I got the paid version. I do not recommend it. The ads disappear and the display gets skewed filling the space from the ads. The map gets stretched and the sun and moon discs become ovals and it is most annoying. This app irks me now and I am extremely disappointed. The free version is 5 stars, but the paid version is definitely not.
This is a useful and attractive app. The developer was very helpful in resolving an installation problem which was actually caused by Google.
I've had this or similar since 16bit Windows. This is nearly like the Windows version I used long ago..
For once there is app content that is ideal for viewing in portrait mode (the day-night line is rather vertical at most inhabited latitudes) and guess what; this app is fixed in landscape mode. And what's wrong with a simple Patterson map projection, in stead of this squeezed stuff?
