Since this is my only online newspaper ever, I rated it 4. I get the print edition as well. If it's dark or raining in the early morning, I read the online instead of fetching my print edition. It is VERY convenient when traveling and I love how easy it is to email and send the articles. The have had trouble getting on at times and changing passwords, as someone else mentioned. For the same price, I get print and online. I'm happy!😊

will not open, when i try to open the app it opens a screen that asks what edition you want to open, after clicking on the edition it goes to a blank screen! I do have a account and was able to log in but all i get after that is a white screen with a circle with a x inside, when you click that it closes the app

When it works it's fine but for the past week or so it won't load, can't read the paper I'm paying for.

I was born & raised here in Volusia County and have always depended on The News Journal for all my news and updates. They have always proven to be very reliable source for information. Most of my many friends and family also rely on its publication daily! I respectfully Thank you for your awesome dedication to our always growing and going community here in Beautiful central Florida!

AP is junk. Does not work, I get blank page on my Moto phone. It has always been flaky. You also get a replica of the paper, not every section.

The website and customer service is terrible!! It constantly logs me off and there is no login for the app once you do. You cannot unsubscibe on site, you call customer service and cannot get an operator....cracker jack outfit...wld give it 0stars if I cld

Love the layout. Seeing the full page and pulling up the article that you want to read. Love it.

Wanted to try the app out for the first time. Asked me to log in, but I don't have an account. I could not find anywhere on the screen to how make an account. The " Don't have an account? " did nothing. Very disappointed

Good alternative for reading the paper while traveling. Easy to navigate.

Best of both worlds...browse like a real paper newspaper then can click on and read articles like an app..way cool!

The app has evolved nicely. Easy to navigate and read what I am interested in.

I logged in with Google to your application and it asked me if I wanted to use the browser or the Android app. I selected the Android app went to the Play store and downloaded it however when I try to log in I get a Google error 403. Saying Google can't allow you to log in this way you have to use the browser but when I use the browser I get an error message saying you can't log in this way you have to log in the way you did before which is through the app which Google won't let me use.

While on a recent trip to the capitol in DC, in January, a group of friends and I were able to stay up to date with the headlines in Daytona using this application.

Pretty nice! Sometimes hard to change password.

Constantly asks if you want latest version of paper and then reboots whether you say yes or no.

I live in west volusi...why does the oine version give me only Fagler county local news...i could care less about fagler county

I use this primarily when my daily print edition is late arriving at my house, and when I'm out of town. The clarity is excellent on my Android tablet. The load time is acceptably fast. The only glitch is that occasionally a small section of a page will be out of focus. This is usually remedied by swiping back or forth to the next or last page, then returning to the page in question. All in all, a good app.
