Now asking for registration, and then doesn't seem to recognize a valid email address. Irritating - though problem now seems to be resolved. Easiest to stay logged-in.
Would not let me update password in one email so I signed up with another email. There is no way to add existing bookings to the account with the confirmation # so now it's useless.
The app is generally easy to use, and the hotel we've used has been beautiful. However, twice in 4 visits they couldn't find the reservation, even with the confirmation number presented, and once the staff didn't seem aware of the Dayuse arrangement at all. I'd like to see more than one option in South/southwestern Wisconsin.
Tried browsing and booking, but it always says offer is unavailable when I could see it when browsing. Waste of time. Web version is broken also, it doesn't work, tells you to see console for more information about errors. Fix your services please.
Literal garbage. Wont load any hotels. Just contant blinking dot dot dot. Cant figure out why this is rated so highly. Sketchy. Deleted.
I have used this successfully several times in the past and it was a great experience. However, recently I can't even get the app to search my area…it just says "loading" endlessly. The last time I used it, I had to go to the website in order for it to work correctly. Right now the app is useless.
Have used this app a few times now. It is easy to book and haven't had any issues at participating hotels.

From a business standpoint: * This is a wonderful service which is much needed in today's day. Being able to book a room for a few hours is so much more effecient and helpful for many people. * It's very easy to make a booking and cancel it as well. Either operation can be done last minute. Plus you don't have to pay until you get to the hotel. Very convinient From a technical Standpoint: * As someone who works in tech I can say that both the mobile app and the web app are both well developed.
An update we really didn't need. Honestly the new colours are quite jarring, and honestly the new logo looks like one of those Primary School art assignments where you make a paper clock. Now of course art is subjective so I tried my best to look past that, but the app itself somehow got worse. Trying to swipe across the different hotels brings you to the hotel on the first panel 70% of the time and the search bar is broken. This update is akin to the Adobe ones, "fixing" a non-issue
recent UI change is not great at all. It's very buggy, laggy, you can't see the time anymore and when you click on hotels it sometimes says "no offers available". Also crashes a lot. Edit: it freezes a lot too. I really hope the old layout comes back or at the very least add a feature that shows if there are possible no offers available to each hotel. Tired of tapping on one option, waiting for it, crashing occasionally, and then it just shows up with "No offers available". wast of time.
Booked a room for work at Orchard Hotel. App showed $103. At the hotel, was charged $176 after taxes. Reception told me I booked a $150 room. The app does not show the actual price. :(
Very helpful in finding a hotel for a day and no need to pay online just directly when u check in

I dont think your app works You can't even create an account ? Nor can u login tried to restart the app and didn't work I think u need to fix it before releasing it haha
App doesn't work, but they'll charge you for trying and then refuse to give a refund. Just book it directly, which is also around 20% cheaper.
This app sticks and is slow. I have used the service and found it great but the app slows you down.
After update this app like totally no use honestly after update can't book anything
App hands all the time. Does not accept data entered. Needs a lot of work. Is useless as it is
very convenient for meetings or to rest between flights or just a place to relax if you don't want to commute back home in a busy city
App hangs non stop. Just white screen with no signs that it's loading anything. Have to keep restarting the app. After choosing payment method there's no option to continue with booking so I'm just stuck on that page
