The video quality is generally very good, but the UX could definitely use some work. Why don't I have an option to watch a live game from the beginning? I have to start the game and try to cover the screen with hand as I rewind so as to not see the score. Should be a simple fix and I'm not the first to request it. Also, if I do that and the game ends, it often resets where I was, spoiling the score. Also, for $20/month, I don't think I should be seeing ads. Edit: Ads are now on every video

Bare minimum effort put into the app. The functionality is something I would expect from a free app. Won't play in small screen/picture-in-picture, and when rewinding a game will randomly skip back to live and spoil the game for you. Can't chromecast either. It's bare-bones and isn't worth the subscription price. Content is good, but the app is awful. I'd highly recommend watching on a PC or Laptop. Decreased to 1 star because now they are running ads before content I've already paid for. F off.

Update. absolute rubbish. If there was another option, I would use it. Now everytime I watch a game it seems to freeze, buffer during the breaks and at the end of the game. I always have to chase the content where sometimes closing the game and reopening works, but most times it is lost. Horrible at the moment and not worth the money I pay each month. Do not recommend at the moment and I plan to cancel after the current season. Company does not even care about all the bad reviews.

If it works, instead of loading forever and never launching, it often interrupts live events to go back at the start, for no reason. The website works much better, but they block its use often on Android devices like mine. Overall a very bad service for subscribers. I'm not going to last much more at this rate, at which point the app will not be a concern of mine.

Clearly not, it's been a while since I've been getting adds during games. Not intermission adds, disruption adds during games play. Something that you would expect to not get from a paying service. Definitely not the best possible experience. If it was possible: -3 stars

App crashes all the time, takes minutes to load the big fights, sometimes even rewinds, such a glitch machine, and now you wanna increase to 19.99! Not including the big fight which goes for an additional $60! Thanks for bringing cable prices back!

The app is very glitchy, most of the time it does not load the program you want to watch and if it does eventually load, it buffers all the time. They charge me 9.99£ per month for this poor service.

One of the worst app ever. They don't care about customer experience for sure. When you wanna watch a live game, they force you to watch ads and not the game which we are actually paying to watch. People are paying subscription and these guys want to make more money buy ruining our experience, playing ads for highlights makes sense but during a live game for what we pay premium amount for subscription is not acceptable. I won't be renewing my subscription

I never seen a platform make their viewers watch 40 second commercials before watching clips. I am paying $$ premium money where I could simply just watch it for free on parts of the web. I will not renew anymore if they keeps bombarding with adds.

I absolutely love having boxing everywhere I go. the price to quality of content for time being is still the best bang for buck. my only problem at the moment is that I cannot turn off my CC while watching on my phone (which is my main utility for watching the fights), no matter how many times I touch the icon and select off, they're still there. it's distracting and annoying and would very much like to know how I can remedy this. I've looked for update and un/reinstalled. nothing changed.

I am paying for this streaming service and the amount of ads is outrageous. Continually cuts off streaming and freezes on the app. Agree with Kirby's review and yes dazn doesn't even answer when contacted. Disconnects regularly.

The app does not allow background or picture-in-picture playback. It doesn't allow to change between stream qualities. 5 stars awaiting is this is implemented.

Dear team, here are two suggestion to make the app better: 1) Please fix the isssue with the app not "remembering" where I stopped watching and reverting back to the beginning. I usually watch the events after the livestream, and do a lot of multitasking on my phone, so this is a real issue for me. 2) Please consider implementing picture in picture mode (YouTube style). This feature has been a real gamechanger for me and I use it all the time.

Slow most of the time and buggy app. It's always poor video quality and continuously loads. Seems like it doesn't work well with chrome cast either.

This app needs a feature to start watching an event from the beginning while the event is ongoing. It also needs a more convenient sign in method for its tv apps. Typing out your entire email and password on a tv remote everytime is not it. Until these are changed it gets a poor rating from me

Doesn't let me use my chromcast remote to skip/pause the video, have to use your phone. Witch is a little annoying when you only want to go forward 10 seconds..

There's always technical issues on all my players and my phone . Love the fighters DAZN has , love the fights I've seen so far , but the app issues are very frustrating . I have even been kicked out in the middle of big fights . Please get a good IT team on your app . Your price is excellent by the way, forget what everybody else is saying about it being too high. They don't understand the value . Still, need to fix the bugs . Helpful tech and great customer service just now . Added a star

I pay over a $170 a year for this app, I sometimes get up at 4:30 in the morning BC time to watch Arsenal play and it keeps buffing, Tell me something is wrong with the Internet, it's a terrible app, these people need to sort out or give the contract to Some other streaming app that will actually work properly. If I could find The Premier league on a different app I would cancel straight away.

Closed captioning will not turn off during live boxing events; I've sent feedback because this is the only way to get any support. Poor customer service; bug issues with app. No fix in sight as this has been happening for several months now.

I've had much trouble with it just stopping in the middle of a fight. So I have to go back and restart the fight, meanwhile I miss half a round or something. Occasionally I have to reopen the app, in which case I might lose an entire round or even more. At times it works perfectly, so I know it can be done.

I love the streaming. It's clear and in high definition. But I do not understand why I am paying for this service and still having to watch ads for my highlights. I also don't understand why there is a serious difficulty with having picture over picture feature on Android devices. I have the Google pixel 6. Please fix.

The app needs to catch-up with the likes of BT Sport. We need the ability to fast forward for starters! It would be great to have bookmarks for each fight so that you can easily skip ahead if you're not watching live.

No way to start a live event from the beginning. If you are running behind and try to start an event from the start, it will just skip to the live action once you press the Chromecast button. Prices are going up while content is going down. Now they have a ppv model, not only you have to pay for the service, you have to pay a ppv fee on events now. Stopping my subscription. Would not recommend.

There is no reason to post the scores on the home page. And even if you change the settings to hide scores, it doesnt always remember and then ruins the game on a different day. Does anyone actually want that feature? I can't imagine anyone wants to have a big game ruined when you look forward to watching it all day. Dazn is for watching. If someone wants to know the score they can google it.

Edit: came back to slam this app even more because of how frustrating it is. Somehow they've added in more ads each time and more spoilers with shows that talk about the results. Please lose all the rights to champions and prem league The lack of protection from spoilers is ridiculously frustrating. Why can't it default to playing from the start of the event then let the user adjust to live or whichever time is preferred. Especially if you want to start from the beginning mid way through.

It used to work. Now it says I need to finish signing up. I click on that and then I get a new message that says Apologies...We are unable to proceed. Been like this for over a month now and I have missed some good fights as a result. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Cant get through to anyone on their live chat to fix it. I give up. Unsubscribing and deleting the app now. Its absolutely useless.

poor. I've been a long time customer and I enjoyed all the fights for the flat fee of 20 bucks. now I have to pay an extra 60 for the canelo fight AND on top of that, the app and website seem to have crashed due to I suppose really heavy traffic HORRIBLE just horrible.
