DBGB mBanking

I haven't used such a pathetic app in my whole lifetime..this bank has such a large userbase across the state, can't government spend some money and improve it anyway. I am an engineer and can develop a far better app than this..

Wrost app It always show error never show what I want currently they charge for for nothing When I call customer service they did not respond

After giving all credentials, at the last a popup is shown ,in which it is told that this facility is not for corporate account. Customer id is not of retail user. From march 2020 i m facing the same issue. Modify the app as soon as possible

When I want to Register , it tells that you user id already existed. But When I Want to sign in then the problem comes that I forgot password. When I clicked forgot password it demands user id ,I provided it , Then it demand OTP . I had waited for a long long time. But it didn't come OTP on my registered mobile number.. Costumer support is much disappointing.. This made me helpless

Not a good app.when i want to register as a new user,at the end of registration process where login and transaction password value needed after fulfilling all necessary password policy criteria always a error shows 40000.Tried for several times but not succeded.customer care is also helpless. Contd... 12/10/19 Now this app.is working properly.one should note customer I'd is user ID for new customer.mini pass book should be introduced.

Dear Bank App provider, Kindly, your application is not working. When I Try Signing in as a new user, I provide my A/C Number and the option showing on the app, after this I select the "continue" option. Then there come a Dialogue that says, "HOST IS NOT AVAILABLE..." Please give me the solution IMMEDIATELY. ...will be waiting for your reply.

After working successfully for sometime, the app seized to function. I'm not able to operate my account, so may need to withdraw my funds and close the account, since it is important for me to be able to operate my account remotely.

It is a very poor app, so it is better to have other banks' app, which gives two that if you want to see such a thing then it happens immediately and their updates are also equal. But it has not been updated yet, I do not know how many years ago this application was made, I think it is the worst.

Very bad app design, manegement nothing is in a proper way

Very less banking facility available on this app. There are many other third party recharge apps already available, so we need banking facility. Like UPI, open FD, RD, pay credit card and changing card pins many others should operate account from remote. Request developer to please include more banking facility so that I will update rating accordingly.

I am unable to register for mobile banking, I am getting error, ( host is not available, please try after sometime. /unknown exception occurred in hif message processor While processing for the message [customFetchAccountSo), plz fix this ASAP

This app needs a lot work. It works very slow and after recent update you cannot see recent transaction. Also you cannot download statements using this app.

All features are good, but I am missing on feature, that is creating a fixed deposit online through this app. I hope this feature will come soon in this app.

There is some basic facilities that mbgb app should given to us like view mini statement of account etc. Then it is rather more useful. Hope developers team introduced in next update...

This app is nothing but Trash Does not work at all Tried 1000 times to login but it does not get logged in and none of the option allows to go further I would rate it 0 Extremely poor

Very slow. It's take too much time to transfer money in other account & also take too much time in any work. Very less banking facilities.

Good app great experience for recharge dbgb to mobile,dth,gas but lot features is missing.... I hope these features are add in next update soon.

Worst app I ever used. After creating user Id and password..I can't login, it always show session timeout. Poor service of gramin bank..do something to provide better service.

This is not bad app but does'nt work properly.It is suitable for money transfer only.Can't recharge reliance jio,Can't see statement,Can't request cheque book from this app and Can't request for debit card from this app.

It's very slow ,take time to login and any selection.and also only five transaction history.

Its a good initiative. But you need more to work over it. Every transaction is chargeable not like other banks. In pnb charge would only be there if transaction is above 10k.

After the recent update I am not able to see my transaction details of my account which is being shown in the app. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Till yesterday the app is working good , smoothly but today itsl is not taking log in access .. After 3 4 attempts i logged in but again at time of transafer money ., it goes log out.. Showing FATAL... SOMETHING.. PLEASELOG IN AGAIN... AND THEN SAME THING HAPPENING AGAIN AND AGAIN

Worst bank I have ever seen in my life. UPI server are almost not serviceable. These banking app also don't app. Horrible experience.

(When add new payee through within Bank,and fill up Name,Nick name A/C and re-enter A/C then Error message show on display=Host Invalid Message Formet). But add New payee through other bank option,then good working. Please resolve issues as soon as possible.

Super Duper घटिया of घटिया Application. There is no any option for mini statement. Need to upgrade.

Most of the times the link is unavailable. So poor management they have even in this digital world.

Need more improvement. App ask for ATM card no. and pin for registration. But don't have ATM Card so how can I register in this app.
