I have only been able to log in once. Ever since that 1 time, i am unable to log in. The error msg always states that i do not have an active internet connection, when both my WIFI and mobile data are on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, restarted my phone, used mobile data only - none of these work. Please fix this. You want your customers to go online but your app doesn't work!
Absolute rubbish.Options keep disappearing without explanation. Have experienced this with other DBS apps. They're clearly doing it either on the cheap or have real amateurs in their IT department,or both.Probably the worst app I've ever tried to use,anywhere, anytime.
Limousine pickup doesn't work. The page does not allow me to confirm pickup after I have entered the pickup terminal and dropoff destination.
It needed d date of birth to register a new user, but no way to input d date except to scrill back fr the cakender - month by month! Yaks!
The Limo pick up service on App does not work as it does not allow me to confirm after key8ng in my destination.
Can't even create an account after keying in the Asia Treasure number. The date of birth was set at a default date which can't be edited.

Always clashed. Email to call centre for about a month, still not support given.

Saw a few comments on date of birth. I tried tapping on the year and it allowed me to select any year. Didn't have to tap/swipe many times... similar to my phone's calendar.
DBS. I paused at page 1. To input my date of birth I had to click 50 years x 12 months. Go figure. Do better next version and I will try again.
This is a good example of a very bad apps. No idea how DBS management can allow this lousy apps to be released. It's a shame to the brand name.
Does not work at all. Can't even log in. No improvement despite so many feedback. Obviously the app developer & bank are not listening to the voice of the customers
I am required to verify with date of birth, but there is no way to change the year except to tap it back year by year. Did anyone even try it out before its release?
Is the developer born in 2017? How do you expect someone born in the 70s to scroll through the calendar monthly to get to a birth date in the 1970s?
Nice try but pls trial it before launch. Have u figured how to enter the birthdate(year) without having to swipe it through the months and years? Gesh..... can't type the year in. Have to manually swipe. Imagine if you're born in 1950s!

Read the review on the dob & thought they might have updated it. Downloaded it and deleted when asked about date of birth. I must press 74 x 12mths "backarrow" key ..... DBS must be thinking we veri free. Got time also not waste like tis. Can't comment on the rest of the app, becos deleted it b4 able to try.
Same problem as many users.. Impossible to input date..Have to manually swipe back to year of birth..Really amazed DBS allow such substandard app to go live...
Book limo function does not work
Simple things are tedious, e.g. Booking a limousine. If the expectation was to make customers use this instead of calling in... It's a failed outcome! Also, the travel site is so expensive and takes days... With uncompetitive and hardly any effort to find better connections and deals. Failure attempt... This is not ideal customer experience and shows a disconnect between the tech developerd and the business.
