It worked, at a basic level. Now it won't even load. I used to check my credit card balance. That's all. Nothing complex. Now it just doesn't load. Disappointing when you realise there is a dedicated team of coders who should be able to fix this, but it's been failing for two weeks now.
It work so bad with Android device. I just change my phone and it worked very well with my previous iPhone but now i can't reach to login page after my first login. Deleted the app and install again, then it works for the first time but same issue from the second time... need to be fixed
Rubbish app. The landing page takes forever to load. Not even able to reach their login page for the ibanking services. My internet connection is completely fine. If anyone wants to make any urgent transactions, please get rid of this app.
The turn on notification page won't go away even after I have turned on their notification... My above review was in March and I updated it August, nothing was fixed. The notification reminder still doesn't go away. Seriously??
The "turn on notification" reminder is prompted every time i log on and won't go away! Cannot access any function at all! Can't do nothing with this rubbish of an app.
Stuck in "turn on notifications" pop-up because it won't scroll to the buttons. Fingerprint is not working too. Guess Android update broke your APP.
Error code 605. After switching to a new phone, totally unable to open. DBS really need to get their act together if they want to be labelled a digital bank.
Fingerprint can't work! Can't log in almost everyday showing try again later. Crazy experience with this silly and poor app. The worst banking app ever.
Useless app, keeps crashing after recent updates, version i got was like a UAT version with various UAT test i can choose from when load. Please do something, i cannot check my statement............
Constantly crashes or freezes on start. Worst banking app I've used. I'm in process of moving my accounts to a different bank because of this.
Cant use the app with error keep popping up. Too many permissions required to proceed and i dont know why dbs needs to access my camera and photos, that's too over. Pls give me back the older version
After the current unpraded, the fingerprint login s function crashes Everytime. It s become a piece of Garbage. Incompetent software developer.
Worst banking application I have used. Doesn't start up half of the time. Configured my biometric authentication five times, it works for few days then revert back to SMS.
Forced updatw even under a non wifi environment, app cannot be used unless updates, imagine you are overseas and having a very limited amount of data can be used then what difficult situation will this app put you in
Another rubbish app update to access the personal by DBS which is totally unrelated to banking. Why DBS needs to access my photo gallery, SMS and etc.
After the new update, I gotta uninstall and reinstall in order to access the login page. This is the weirdest thing ever.

Use to be good. Updated today and now Continuously loops. Cannot load login page.
After update, the apps with error sais my Android Phone was Jail Broke, cannot open. It is joke!
Please test you app before launch. Always loop and cannot get into the main page!!!
Front page won't load in first attempt. End the app and start again, front page will load.

keeps saying that my device is rooted or jailbreak which I'm not. I can't even open the app.
For the recent update, issues are 1) After you login once, the app will stuck looping at the start screen when you login next time. Workaround is to clean the app data. Have this even been tested before releasing the version? 2) One time password SMS is broken today, I can only receive the message "please use this one time...." Without the one time code. In fact it is not the first time this app have obvious issue that could spotted before release. The workaround for user is to switch back to web version. If this is something your business stakeholder wants, I have no further comment then.
