Litany of issues, same as the consumer DBS app. - Authentication notification usually doesn't appear without opening the mobile app first - the app never gracefully times out. EIther presents some error like "payload Null", shows a blank/loading screen or is unresponsive. - In any of the above cases, you need to force close the app for it to be usable again. Do better pls.
After every update dbs ideal freezes on startup showing loading, thus not able to use app. Happens after every update !! Not able to load freezes at loading data. Android xiaomi phone all apps and.os updated and phone restarted. Same issue.
Login in is impossible. Reinstalled but it is always loading. What is wrong. Updates With the app working with no hiccups, it'd a joy to use. But at the back of my mind, I dunno when it will give trouble
IMPS option should be there. The new updated version after the Laxmi bank take over is not as easy as the previous one. Very complicated
Every now and then the app stopped working after the software or os or security update in the phone.. very unstable even to start the app to the login screen
Poor Apps, very bad backend, whenever my mobile updated the system, this apps will need to uninstalled and do all the registeration again. It cannot function well after phone system upgraded.
Cannot use and freeze my mobile after update.... Rubbish development team 9-Mar-2022: Cannot use, keep loading data... It works after clearing cache, data and reinstalling.

Can't login from the main login screen, keep loading and loading forever. Have to click on the notification icon (the bell) to login.
Just installed, but hanging with 'Loading Data'. It's shocking to see that this issue was reported many times over the last months and even 1-2 years, but it's NOT resolved! This is a Business Application and not a game! Shame on DBS and the developer!
Latest update, fingerprint login cannot work, hang at "Loading Data" pop-up box forever. Login using password work . Tried reinstalling and login first using password login, then re-enable fingerprint login ,registration successful, logout and try to login using fingerprint, sadly still don't work. Bad bad update. Please look into it.
Can't login at all. Stuck on the loading data screen. Can't do anything.
This is an issue many other customers have also raised. There is some issue with fingerprint authentication on my Android device. Not sure why it doesn't work when I try to open my Ideal App. Please rectify this. Thanks.
I'd expect more from banking ICT development. The app errors that the overlay permission needs to be turned on. It is. The app does not see that it has the correct permissions. This isn't even after an update. It's worked for years.... Then suddenly decides not to. I can't log into my account as I need the effing app to generate a security code. Hopeless. It's enough to close our accounts to DBS/POSB. I have zero faith in their banking security.
An unnecessary update that takes us back 3 steps! Basically cut/copy/paste the desktop UI? A mobile app shld be fast easy and to the point! I log in to check payments, make payments and transfers...so many steps to click now to get to what i want! Latest transactions are now 3 clicks away instead of in my face when i logged in, unlike the last version. If i have the time to scroll thru all this, all i need is be in my office and on my laptop. Not on a mobile phone app.

Good intention to let us customize dashboard but it shows most useless info. I just need the basic: to see my latest transactions without having to make 3-4 taps. Default as Current Day is SILLY, and an option to set descending order of transactions as default to see latest first would make the most sense right? All the "see more"' type is small text links on left side, that should be buttons on a mobile app and center or right side for majority righthanders. Who designed this UI/UX? Intern?
UPDATE: They have implemented the change in just a few short days. Well done! The new approve section must be rolled back to the previous as that was better. Here are my feedback on the "Approve" section: 1) Too many details per transaction. This is not needed. Perhaps a carrot icon that's tapped to reveal more details. This allows me to see all the transactions easily before approval, as the details aren't necessary. 2) No bulk select where there used to be. This means I have to tap them one by one. I suggest enabling "bulk select" function which the previous version has. 3) No "total" amount shown after selecting multiple transactions. In banking, this is very important as the outgoings must tally with my accounts to avoid overpaying/underpaying. The new UI is a disaster waiting to happen - people can lose money over such things, and we can't bank on everyone to be super alert when doing their jobs because it's a very tedious task. The UI plays a big part in helping. Please get this part right. Thank you.

YALL REALLY NEED TO FIX YOUR APP! IVE BEEN CHANGING TO 3 DEVICE TO GET INTO THE APP. EVEN TO GENERATE THE OTP I HAD TO CHANGE BETWEEN 3 PHONES??! COME ON DBS!!
Pretty much of a hassle Came from OCBC business thinking it might be better at DBS Was so wrong. Slow login in, option to switch company glitching and disappeared whenever I try changing company account. Biggest rubbish is that they do not allow screenshot and if you have developer mode on, you can't use the app. What is this rubbish? Don't a bank as big as Dbs knows people need to screenshot as prove we have made the transaction?
Same issue for past 2 weeks. Keep hanging at 'getting data' whenever try to login via fingerprint! Can you guys fix it? Called customer service also no use.
Edit: 20th Feb 2022: Fingerprint login doesn't work, if you turn it on it gets stuck at "loading data" forever, there have been many complaints going back since early Dec 2021, this is unacceptable for a business banking app.
There should be zero stars as an option. This is the WORST PLATFORM of all time for banking for SME. It is certainly NOT IDEAL. I have read some of the reviews and I have the same experience. Obviously this app is causing much angst. An app should work on a phone and not having to toggle with a laptop. Second, to change any updates is just incredibly ridiculous and painful. I also can't receive the SMS PIN just to open a welcome pack. There should be an option for a mailer. I am v traumatised.
