I dont understand why this app has to be updated every time i have to use it, obviously the IT dept hasnt thoroughly tested it thereby needs to be revised and revised.
No improvement on the update, still stuck in the blank page, can't get inside. I'm using Android 12.
You cannot use the app without granting permission for it to access your files. HKMA should not be allowing banks to require such intrusive behaviour to access basic banking services. I'll be closing my accounts soon.
App doesn't work on Xiaomi MIUI 13 Android 12. A white blank page with a DBS logo is displayed after launching the app, and that's it.

New HK app confusing and hard to navigate. Only useful for them to sell you stuff that you don't have. Why is it so hard to create a clean landing page showing you the balances, etc. The pre login screen has that potential, but once logged in, you clearly can't get back into it. DBS, take a look at some of the UK bank apps (suggest Barclays, Lloyds or Santander) - they're good. Copy them and get some real user feedback before release, and stop letting your IT guys doing all the user testing!
it hangs after the installation, no response unless uninstall and reinstall, and then no response again with the forever loop
Totally rubbish, I've been uninstalled and installed it more than 10 times in the last year, still unable to open the app. And the service of that bank is totally ridiculous too, after being their customer for 18 years , I decided to cancel my account.
same as other comments, this app freezes as it opens.
Can't use, the first page always freeze, please fix it
very bad after updated, get back to previous version please. It works now after 18 March update, but interface is not much userfriendly. Too much and looks confusing.
Unable to use after upgraded to Android 12
The normal DBS banking app has much better performance than iWealth. System is either always unavailable, doesn't recognize my login, or I must use it via mobile data (not Wifi network).
Keeping crashing when trying to add a payee. No SMS was sent to my phone!! The new version still have not solved the problem. Pathetic!!!
Continuous pop-up of OTP yet without the related page to fill in. Tried log in & out many times in past 2 weeks and simply can't use the APP!
Worst experience of any HK banking app. Half the time is unavailable. If you use digital token, this means you can't do any banking...period. surprised you guys are still in business.
1. the app doesnt let me choose language. it can only follow system language. 2. the way it presents grouping of accounts is confusing.
The app kept telling me there is an updated version and I can only get the same old version over and over again. What happened to the version 4.6.7 with the HK government payout scheme?
Unstable performance especially using in China where no ways to update this app. The apps required updates a few times in December. No feedback received.
I cannot use this app to login. It keep looping to ask the permission to access my phone etc. despite the fact I have pressed Yes or No several times. A bad app
I'm not frequent user, about once or twice a month... but every time login request app updates, that's annoys me.. was no issue with previous app...
the dbs apps cannot be opened ! Help
It always freeze when launching the app, I had reinstalled it for many times and it required to register the phone/device again. The device registration will need 12 hours after the reinstallation.
