The app is not working. Keep hanging and warning message pop-up and app freezed. Keep uninstall and reinstall doesn't help.

Been asked to update app/OS. Actually I recently updated the OS and that was when your DBS app started to fail! Does not even open and cannot use digital token. Please don't blame on the OS! You guys should do your job better!

There is nothing working on this app for 15 days a month. Only the balance amount is used to see. Generally, updating the app is only for working better, but this app alone doesn't work whenever it's updated. It's too bad. The digital system was developed to be used for emergency. This causes only stress and is more often affected. Thank you sir

I am a senior, early 60s and find this app easy to set up and use. It is only when I am used to the old features and then new features are introduced, that I have to learn all over again, eg transferring funds to oneself used to be so easy but now I have to find my accounts in All accounts before I could transfer. Only problem is that funds transferred to me by PayNow, cannot be viewed in full on my handphone. I have to match it with the email sent. But it is still easy and manageable to use.

Overall the app is good when working. But the previous version is so much more robust and friendly. Many unimportant features and frills have been added to beautify and make the app more "cute". This is really not necessary especially in a functional app as it will just take up more memory or bandwidh. Just keep it simple and working.

Update 29/12/19 - The app is much more stable after the recent major revamp. No more mysterious disconnection errors and sporadic long loading time. The UI also feels significantly better, with functions being more "exposed" and more intuitively placed. My only issue is with digitoken, which cant be used to authenticate my actions anymore. That aside, the app is competitive against other banks' (eg UOB) again.

Extremely unstable after recent update. Looking at recent reviews to this app, seems like a common issue faced by many other users. DBS, your app development team needs to work much harder. After replacing the physical token, we rely on the reliability of this app to do banking and trading. We can't even log into our account via web when this app can't start. Very frustrating.

Please fix the bug. I have the same problem as another reviewer. I cannot log in. Fingerprint and settings cannot be stored. This is a huge inconvience. Second feedback: digital token maintainence has resulted in inability to use the app as no OTP is issued in place of digital token. Major inconvenience as bills cannot be paid. Really lousy app.

The application is very unstable. At times it took a long time for the authentication, then time out in the middle of my transaction. Another time it requested for token verification after I logged on with my fingerprint authentication. Worse is using the desktop apl now that dbs has switched to digital authentication. What used to take time less than a minute to do previously can be very difficult to do now.

The app used to work fine, but now it doesn't open at all. A blank black screen shows up and then it goes back to my home page. Very frustrating! And I can't even use the normal dbs or posb app cos it will prompt me to install this app as I'm "automatically upgraded". Now I have to access ibanking via Web browser on my phone ☹️

Pretty good, other than 2 issues: (1) I'm no longer able to authenticate my browser-based logins using my digitoken. I see this is a common issue from other reviews. (2) the OET portfolio view only shows the price at the end of the previous trading day. Would be useful to get a view of the latest traded price instead.

The personalisation of finger print login and peek account stopped working after I upgrade to Android 10 on my pixel 3 xl. The personalisation changes couldn't be saved. And the digital token stopped working too. There must be some incompatibilities with Android 10 OS. And the app hasn't been updated for a month. Please fix this issue and release a new build. A premium app for treasures customer should not have this crappy quality.

It's March and still waiting for DBS to fix the issue and allow mobile access on andriod10. App does not work after upgrade to EMUI 10 since beginning of Jan. Was asked to reinstall back then. Placed on contact list to be notified when problem is fixed. Was contacted late feb to reinstall again. Just uninstalled, reboot and reinstalled, still does not work. Its now over 2 months and problem still not resolved. I wonder if DBS have a response time service level in mind or a workaround to offer.

Same problem as other users. App is very unstable and suddenly hangs even when nothing is done for a few minutes. Have to restart phone again and log in. Previously I could not access certain features like e advice and s accounts currency amounts for a few months. Sometimes the digital token function is suddenly not available and access is only by physical token or OTP SMS when the latter is already inactivated. Very unstable app. Needs more troubleshooting to stabilise and enhance robustness.

It is still crashing and hanging my phone after about 1 month. I had written to DBS but no resolution and no one calls me back. Instead, they close my ticket when I asked for ETA. I cannot believe this bug is not caught during testing. Speaks a lot about the tech build for the world's best digital bank.

The latest app just made progress for the worse. The app was overhauled abruptly and I can't find any of my peronalized quick links any more. Your chat bots are totally useless, they don't understand simple English and only blurts out information that I can easily find from googling. No tutorial for the overhauled interface. This is how DBS treats high net worth customers apparently.

The app does not work with android 10. I do not appear to be the first person having this issue and yet when i called, the customer service said it's Huawei issue. Have lodged another ticket with the live agent and waiting to hear back. Just for the record, please do not tell me to reinstall, reboot and install again because i have done it multiple times already.

Generally OK, but navigating to what you want is not great. There should be a recent transactions at the front. Also, for feedback, it's totally weird that the use of apostrophe is not allowed. So we can't use "doesn't" or "it's".

After numerous attempts and calls to the help line, the digital token still does not work. Crappy. All the other bank apps work like a charm... V bad After many calls some changes were made and now it finally works. I did about 10 installs with restarts in between...

Just downloaded the latest version. New look and navigation is refreshing. Can't find the the year-to-date performance of the investment portfolio though. It used to be available in the investment dashboard.

It's frustrating that I am unable to authenticate my account because the app is buggy. Wasted my time trying to log in time and again. Not the first time it has happened. Technical team should have checked that the app is working before rolling it out instead if having to patch it always.
