One of the worst experiences ever. Starting from the sign in screen, the background colours make it difficult to see what you're typing. The app itself is confusing to use. Credit card programs set such ridiculously high targets it has caused me to switch to other bank's cards instead of enticing me to spend with DBS. My preferences can't be saved and an error message flashes so quickly it's impossible to read. Leaves me very frustrated.

Clunky user experience! Transactions don't get updated, partial information, a make for a poorly thought appl. Intention may be good... Poor design, and lack of information makes it more frustrating. The fact that the app does not allow participation to access the reward, unless the app gets access to media, photos and files on my device... Why? No acceptable solution after several calls back and fro. Most dissapointing. Buck up service standard and knowledge please

Very limited selections. Should just scrap this programme and credit back my cashback as cash. This offset thing is unnecesary, waste time and unfriendly. Most of the shops here have their own discount and vouchers which are worth more than what this app can offer. I have shifted 80% of my credit purchases to other cards that really offer cashback as cash. Simpler and straightforward. Waste time. I need to delete this app.

Too many different DBS apps. Discovered the Lifestyle rewards after seeing a promotion at a coffee place. Had no idea that I could redeem stuff prior to that! Maybe needs a bit more socialisation? Quite like the spend rewards but no clear view of which transactions count towards total. Good start with lots of opportunity for improvement. Happy to re-rate at a later time.

Credit card details lacking - they don't show whether it's a debit or a credit, everything is in the same black numbers, no plus or minus, so we don't really know if amount is for spending or for a refund back to the card. Terrible!

It was a good app why did it have to merge with paylah... the card details do not show at the main screen of the paylah app, it takes a long time to load it up, and when it does load it doesn't show the amount on my credit card bill (just shows a '-') so I don't even know what's the amount to be paid!

It was good while it lasted. Love the promotions with simplygo and spending rebate. Have been installing and uninstalling paylah because of the interface and the scenarios when the app wasn't needed but guess I have no choice now? 😂

It takes long time to load since a week ago. Stuck at DBS logo page for a minute, then at login page, it would take a while before the notice below shows up and allow to login. Otherwise, there will be an error saying unable to login now. Once entering username and password to login, it would take another minute to load. Another thing is the personalisation can't be saved. Can't even enable fingerprint login. Never worked since long time. Please fix it.

The worst app that I have used. I click forget ID or password. Prompted me to download DBS digital app. Tried twice and kicked me out and prompted me to call customer service hotline. Went in the Lifestyle app and it mentioned not available at the moment. Unpleasant experience.

It Does not show how many redeem point you have and does not show expenses or history either. Term and condition key point is not clear on the most reward either ( does not state if any min spend .etc). App design is as bad as those cheap china app , feel like this is a throwaway project from dbs.

The app crashes whenever I tap the rewards or deals menu and it's annoying as i have to log back in over and over again and the same thing happens over and over again!! please fix this!!

It's a trick that tried to load other apps from the bank and mine data from your phone. It asked for access to all sorts of stuff that it didn't need to, presumably to send back to the bank so they can sell it to marketeers.

Actually not such a bad app but that you can't use your daily$ now since years to offset purchases looks more deliberate than being a bug. The UI also needs an overhaul. Urgently. Not intuitive.

Lags. Slow. Security time out very fast (without option to set timeout period). QR code scanning unreliable. I don't think the team responsible for user testing of app is any good.

The decision to merge the app with paylah is stupid and abhorrent. You're forcing your users to use a slow, disenchanting ewallet without any benefits, and punish people who opt otherwise to not have the ability to use their reward points. Whoever made this decision shouldn't feel very smart, because you're losing the first (of hopefully many) customer because of that decision. I have used many products, but none is both important (sadly and unfortunately) and terrible as the DBS suite.

Received a notification in Nov 19 to redeem a Gong Cha drink if I downloaded this app. I played the game and won a drink but when I clicked the "back" arrow, there's no way to find the voucher. In Dec 19, I tried again and played the game. Won the Famous Amos biscuit voucher with validity till Jan 20. There's no instructions to save the voucher. When I clicked the "back" arrow, the voucher could not be found. Should have better instructions on saving this types of vouchers.

Got notification to download apps to redeem a complimentary Starbucks drink. But after download can't find any info to redeem the evoucher for the Starbuck drink. Disappointed. Moreover the apps is just a summary not for transactions. For transaction still need to login to the other apps.

Horrible app. It lags out most of the time, everything is blank. I can't even change my personalisation options. I can't change my name, activate fingerprint login, or even the peek thing. What's the point of the app if it can't do anything?

Slightly better than beforr. Login background too busy and irritating. Don't see the point for so many different DBS apps. Could've consolidated into 1 app. Offers from DBS not attractive 90% of the time

Doesn't even load (other than the white loading screen with DBS logo) after 20 seconds. And the issue persists after restarting my phone, and even after reinstalling the app. Total waste of time lol. Would give 0 stars if it were possible.

Rather lacking compared to similar apps from other banks as couldn't show the expenses from my cards (just says service is not available...) (which I feel is kind of basic as without it that this app is really just an advert app for random promotions which arent applicable anyway...)

The apps is quite laggy. Also the login screen has animations that is disruptive and make it difficult to see the credentials I typed.

This app deserve no star. Took up everyday card for the rebates, website and t&c document mentioned no minimum spending. Even called in hotline for confirmation. After signing up, got slapped with minimum spending condition only in Lifestyle App. DBS has lowered to a cheat now... Do the ethical move, include your min spend in website and t&c documents instead of asking users to sign up the promotion, thereafter informing them min spend has to be check in lifestyle app.
