Used to be great. Once it updated, it 's totally rubbish. It froze my Android, lost data, couldn't reboot, had to bring back to HTC and needed to have OS reinstall.
Used to be great. But not support android 7. 2 months now still no fix!? Update Mar 20. Updated to new version. Still doesnt work on Android 7.

Can't log in using Android 7 and no update for such a long time. How can a banking app has such a low maintenance rate
It does not recognize a password in "Abc01def" format as a valid password with 8 characters, upper and lower case and numbers. I need to add an "1" at the end of the password to get it through. But I can change back to password in "Abc01def" format at the iBanking website. I can't imagine how buggy inside the App.
Good interface and general functionality, but I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling every time I want to login to my account, otherwise it just hangs on loading when trying to log in a second time.

The current version does not support Android 7, confirmed with the customer service.
Please update the app with latest SDK. The interface still using old Android SDK.
After input HKID and DOB, it will say error and ask people to call customer service. If I were to call CS, no need for me to use this app!

one word can describe this app, "RUBBISH" limited functions slow performance i cant imagine a bank from sg can create something like this :(
