I'm using version 6.34.002. The app works well in general except that it won't refresh the deposit balance after changes or new fund deposited online. If I click through to the transaction history I can see my new fund has arrived. But when I went back to the deposit summary, both the total balance and HKD savings account balance were still the old balance.

Really stupid that I need another app apart from DBS Digibank HK to look at card statement? That app already has the transaction history etc and just missing the statement.

I can login through web but not in the app, it keeps telling me login failed multiple times, your account has been blocked.... And there isn't any option for me to logout (or redo the login ID) and re-login again if I cannot login the original account.... The app is so weird and doesn't sync with web server.

edited from 2 to 1 star. it's pathetic that I'm asked to input CVV for the Amex such has 4 digits and the system max input is 3. how am I'm suppose to get this card on the system? also I don't expect myself to be manually adding them one by one which I hope I don't as I haven't yet reach that step to register. just registered a card with 3 digit cvv, yeah successful. tells me to login but I was never asked for email/pwd during registration, how would I know my credentials. lovely work.

Login doesn't work. As requested, below I have added more details why it is worth 0 star. I used it to activate a new card, which works. Then I tried to use the app by clicking login in. I tried to register as a new user, it said I already registered. I tried to login using DBS i banking password it won't allow me to login. So what do you want? The best I could is to delete this app.

There is still problem with app after 3/28/2020. First it refused to accept my password, then it would again shut down my phone. Pls fix! After update today when i opened the app, and log in my phone would shut off! It also removed many of my apps! What kinds of bug did u put in the app update!!
