DBS Omni

I'm using version 6.34.002. The app works well in general except that it won't refresh the deposit balance after changes or new fund deposited online. If I click through to the transaction history I can see my new fund has arrived. But when I went back to the deposit summary, both the total balance and HKD savings account balance were still the old balance.

Using version 12.2.0. Photos of my receipts uploaded into 'Descriptions & photos' disappear when I re-login. Reported to your customer service but they were unable to help me resolve it.

Really stupid that I need another app apart from DBS Digibank HK to look at card statement? That app already has the transaction history etc and just missing the statement.

I can login through web but not in the app, it keeps telling me login failed multiple times, your account has been blocked.... And there isn't any option for me to logout (or redo the login ID) and re-login again if I cannot login the original account.... The app is so weird and doesn't sync with web server.

edited from 2 to 1 star. it's pathetic that I'm asked to input CVV for the Amex such has 4 digits and the system max input is 3. how am I'm suppose to get this card on the system? also I don't expect myself to be manually adding them one by one which I hope I don't as I haven't yet reach that step to register. just registered a card with 3 digit cvv, yeah successful. tells me to login but I was never asked for email/pwd during registration, how would I know my credentials. lovely work.

Login doesn't work. As requested, below I have added more details why it is worth 0 star. I used it to activate a new card, which works. Then I tried to use the app by clicking login in. I tried to register as a new user, it said I already registered. I tried to login using DBS i banking password it won't allow me to login. So what do you want? The best I could is to delete this app.

Hi Omni Team, can you please fix issue the connection error issue as not able to open/make payments. current version of app is throwing connection error on Android version 6.0. Tried re-installing app but no help.

There is still problem with app after 3/28/2020. First it refused to accept my password, then it would again shut down my phone. Pls fix! After update today when i opened the app, and log in my phone would shut off! It also removed many of my apps! What kinds of bug did u put in the app update!!

1 star for compulsorily requesting unnecessary permission for accessing media files.

Cannot show my available credit card limit

No payment notification/statement reminder. Seems lots of bugs on this apps and it requires update every month...Feel pissed off for unable to login every month without update and stressed to check monthly statement

Unusable app. Stuck at conditions of use screen. The agree button is greyd out and I can't scroll to the bottom of the T&C.

The APP is definitely unable to use but hotline keep saying that I forgot my password........... great customer service, great app, great bank to kill you time but I dont recommend anyone to choose.

When Im doing transaction in the App, u suddenly tell me "The system is under maintenace and get back at 5:30"?? Holyshit why dont u notify me in advance when i enter the app? Waste my time inputing info and then all info is lost! Stupid IT trash!

After updated the apps, I can't login my account. I used to login with my fingerprint, however, it said that my password is not correct...... Could you please fix the problem?

App icon only shows Card+ HK which cannot be identified easily as DBS app. Not easy to find the logout button.

Have updated the App on 23th Nov but it still requires access to my "Files and Media" in order to logon! 😡. It said that such access should only be required for credit card application!

They said my email and credit card was used when I registered for the first time. They cannot fix the issue. Very disappointing.

painful experience. wanted to perform 一扣即享 via push notification, crashed and logged me out ! Called DBS, they first blamed on wrong setting, then my phone, then Android version, finally told me to buy the latest model mobile !

The apps does not work with Android / Huawei . The system got stuck during registration but it works on my iOS device. Android please de-list it, thanks,

Cannot login after update. And what on earth are you thinking not having the DBS name on the app title? Not only using one bank and that make it looks like not a scam bank app.

please fix it. it was awesome before. so annoying, have to reinstall as to disable the fingerprint!!!

Why is it so difficult to just look at the current balance, payment amount and due date? This app is trash. You really need to focus on customer experience.

After this updated from DBS OMNI, everytime i log in it just glitches back out to the log on page. Cant even log in. Useless

Loop in "Processing" and stop at log on screen without any error message. Never log on successfully.

Cannot load after new version... Rubbish development team... It's quite good before. It makes me feel very disappointed this time.
