I'll give zero star if it's possible. Terrible app! Asked me for "display name" but the keyboard was nowhere to be found. Ask your programmer please test the app properly before rolling it out!!!! Edit: Yes I have contacted the email with no responses! My point was the app was terribly tested. Hence the 1 star.
Easy to use and very convenient. Be it transfering money or paying for items online. Please keep up to great job at maintaining and improving the experience. Thumbs up! 👍🏼
Hi ux designers, hoping this review will catch your eye. Able to change back the keyboard during log in to the usual one? Esp with the requirement to have alphanumeric password, the new keyboard layout for numbers is damn weird and way out of norm.
So many things wrong with this app: 1) Auto disconnects you after you switch tabs to another app (what if I need to refer to other apps for phone numbers?) 2) Whats the point of using a different keyboard just for the login? 3) Can't see the name of my reciepient till the very end screen, so if I realised it was the wrong name/HP no., I have to backtrack all the way just to change it? Paynow, GPay, hell, even iBanking at the point work so much better than this absolute mess.
It's kind of stupid that whenever you minimise the app and come back it says you have no internet connection and you have to close and open the app again. Very flawed and lousy design. EDIT :My app is always updated
Scan QR code for payment at food stall, apps keep running n running, never go through, so I tried again (mistake) n still never went thru. End up I paid by cash. After one hour, both transactions shows went through n I already left the place. So I actually paid triple for the food ordered. * Added comment : It was refunded 2 days later.
Hi, I'm using oneplus 6t with latest android OS 11. May I know ow why I can't launch the app. It crashes everytime I launch. I had tried re-install the app and it does not help.
please make promotional and transactional notifications separate. i want to disable promotional notifications while still receiving notifications for transactions. im not turning to a payment method for ideas for a staycation or whatever anyway.
Takes forever at times to scan QR code. Not sure if the problem with this app or DBS' backend, but it often struggles to identify and register the QR code. Same issue with different phones/cameras. Frustrating experience for merchant & app user. I am using latest OS and app versions.
Usual friendly. Functions like a wallet. You can limit how much to put in or use daily. Looking forward to see more hawker food recommendations
Update 26 May 2022: can't access any of the icons including axs. Pop-up keeps saying "you need to install or update your web browser...". I have 2 latest browsers: Chrome and opera. Please fix.
Unable to register with DBS account login. Keypad is not opening to enter the Display name. So the 'Next' button is not enabled, hence unable to proceed further. Pls fix it.
Hi, i tried creating an account but when i was asked to key in my username, the keyboard doesn't pop up at that field, unable to create. Is that my phone problem or the app?
When I tried to register, I can't even fill in the 'Display name' while the rest have no problem :/ I have tried uninstall and install it back and it still the same...
Very fragile app and probably the most unreliable digital wallet-- u never know when it will hang on with a silly sad face emoji! Very unbecoming of an app representing the top bank of the most digitally savvy nation from this part of the world. Based on response to feedback here, I emailed the dbs customer care and they came up with even more disappointing response. Not surprising why this app is a dudd
I found out that my saving account had been deducted twice, after using this apps, in attempt to make a bill payment through AXS quick access ☹️ 🙁😢 Tried to call the DBS..still no respond ..Had no choice, to find the retail merchant for refund 😔 So disappointed..Had to stop using this app, after what had just happened.
Basically functionality is ok. Y'all need to redo the keyboard for login. Unresponsive and difficult to type in password
I'm not sure if its due to my phone or the app, but hate it when i go back to my homescreen for less than 10 seconds then try to go back to the app, it shut off completely stating to check my wifi or mobile data as it may be off but the thing is, it isn't. idk if its a safety think but it gets annoying to keep relogin again and on a repetitive basis :(
Having issue with the new verification of account. No activation code is received despite pressing on the resend. Also having issue with synching bank account and paylah which wasn't a problem in the past. Please fix.
Terrible in many aspects: 1. Biometric login is slow (takes 10 seconds) and fails often 2. QR code scanning is not sensitive, need to stand back and forward to scan. 3. The amount displayed after payment is printed so small, merchant has to squint to see. Badly designed app, GPay rocks in contrast. EDIT: I AM USING LATEST APP AND LATEST OS. I'm talking about your app so stop blaming other platforms. But anyway I've realized GrabPay is the solution I need, am no longer using PayLah thank God! 😊
I used this app to pay for Foodpanda. After transaction is completed, the screen froze didnt went back to foodpanda app. Ended up my food that me ordered was cancelled despite the transaction went through. Not once it happened. Worst, tried getting thru ur hotline, ended up is system automated. Hello, i want to speak to an officer, not by automated system! Foodpanda told me to inform bank to file dispute n refund. There goes my money... 😠

Hi, the app is always claiming that its service is unavailable at the moment, I really need to access it but restarting and reinstalling the app has not worked. Would really appreciate it if you could provide some insight on how to overcome this
Every time i try to sign in, it says service is unavailable at the moment. Dont know the problem, but I'm using wifi, put in the correct password, and it's not maintenance times.
Freezes on login screen, cannot press any button to log in or anything. Edit after answer provided by the dev: the error seems to be a connectivity one. I get a connectivity error message after timeout. Happens regardless of which WiFi networks I am using and even on cellular data. Will investigate further and keep you updated.
