Reinstalled latest version because it now claims it can do cash upfront trading. After install, still can't find the option for CUT. Then realise there is different account types for CUT, which I don't understand. Dbs/Vickers is really bad in this aspect. So how many things you want your customer to do to trade using your system? You forgot there are much easier and cheaper options, and you take your customers loyalty for granted.
Good. Add biometric login please. If it's secure enough for DBS digibank app, should be secure enough for this app. Also, how about no more OTP needed when we're using this app on our mobile? When we're using a web browser, then OTP is ok or some type of authenticator like in the DBS digibank app.
Unfortunately, I must agree with most comments. Whereas the DBS banking app is one of the best eBanking apps around, this one casts a huge shadow. The interface is very old and imo the color scheme for tabs and buttons at best confusing. Half of the time it does not recognize my internet connection (definitely not an issue). I miss critical functions available on the slightly better web version. This app can and should be done much better.
DBS Vicker is the second trading I used. Bad experience. Not sure whether it is because I do not know how to use or it really needs serious revamp..i tried to Google as well but can't solve my problems.e.g. I can't add the new listing to watch list, I can only do it at Web version. I can't see the commission charged of my fulfilled order. There is no auto calculation to show the amount of profit and loss (both Web and apps)... Quite frustrating..
This is by far the worst trading app that could be developed. One can't even get real time profit/loss data for the portfolio. Pathetic!
This is literally the WORST trading app ever. It is so clunky and basic and user unfriendly. It is astonishing that DBS allowed for something so horrendous to have their name on it. The menu, the options, the search, portfolio options, etc. It is so so bad. Please look at other top end apps and try to copy if you can't do it yourself.
Please allow biometric login. If other apps can do it, so can this one. It's very cumbersome to have to type our account & password everytime.
No cash upfront trading support still. I guess when the developer has never replied to any of the feedback, then you understand how much importance is placed in the customer's opinion. Come on guys, you're supposed to be part of Asia's best bank!
Glad to see the team has enhanced the app recently to include cash upfront option. Have revised my rating. Suggest to have finger print 2FA authentication, similar to the digibank app. Thanks.
I read the bad reviews and was hesitant to download the app but thought I'll try it anyway. I was expecting the app to be really lousy but to my pleasant surprise, it's user friendly. I did a trade and update watchlist successfully. (Updates) I couldn't see my holdings. And it has been 3 weeks since I made a few transaction. Even via web login to my account, there was no records to display. Dropping the star to 1. 👎
Lousy app. Can't input ID and password! Only can click forget ID, pin, and new registration. Please fix your app!
Worst app ever, don't even send otp to overseas number properly. Customer hotline is a waste of time.
Need the cash upfront option available on mobile. This is important. Overall app is good.
Don't think is app even deserves 1 star. Unfortunately can't rate it 0. For a multi-million dollar bank, this app is extremely disgraceful. Terrible UI that seems stuck in the 90s, constant lag out and crashes. And close to non-existent support. Really disappointing
I do not know about DBS standard in terms of mobile apps development. The Interface, features and the navigation menu is totally different between Vickers Trading apps and their DigiBank apps. Why ah ! Can someone address this question to me. I login to the Vickers account you can see the interface menu is like my 20 years ago university development work. Com'on you can develop better than this right with the amount of investment and transaction DBS earn from us.
This is terrible. Can't even login... Tapped on the field to enter login ID but nothing happened...keyboard didnt appear. Same for password..again no keyboard. When tap on login button, whole screen turned light shade of blue and had to swipe to kill the app. Am I expected to use such an app to make equities trade?
Firstly, this app took too long to load. Waiting for the stock I search to appear took almost 30 sec, which is kinda slow. I'm on 4G by the way. Secondly is the app interface needs to improve. It is too plain.
Very outdated app design. Not fully compatible for landscape viewing. No option to toggle to dark mode. Still far behind with other competitors trading app.
Hopeless app if compare to other brokers' apps. Not user friendly, unappealing interface. Adding a stock to a watchlist met with repeated failure. 1 word to best describe it is - ROTTEN. Should there be a 1/2 star rating, would not hestitate to rate it. If ask for worst app rating, gladly give 5 stars.
Does not support biometric login which is already very common in other trading apps. Need to login using userid and password.
Very bad interface, not easy to use. Quite slow and laggy. They should improve on their app significantly if they want more people to use its platform.
I not only hope that DBS can improve and fix the issues facing in the app. The UI UX is confirm cannot make it. Look like things 10years ago. Besides that always got missing text, just make it damn hard to trade here. I'm also hoping that I can rate a 0/5 here, please, Google play, I am hoping next time maybe can have an option to give 0 star. I'm wasting my time on this. I feel like giving a star to this app is already being too nice too them.
The design is so old, and the funtion is so simple, but I can still accept it. However, this new update make it totally not working. I can't trade through this new updated app. Why DBS could not develop a better android application. This software is the worst i ever used. I can't even check my profit/loss through both application and website platform. How DBS become the No.1 bank in SG. It's so weired. I choose 1 start because there's no ZERO STAR!

terrible app, system and service.. recently possibly due to influx of new users, the system has been lagging to much.. making me unable to place my order in time.. and that greatly affected my profit and loss not recommended at all.
Why doesnt play store have an option for 0 star??? This is how bad the app and service is. As this involves monetary transactions, it should be reliable to say the least. Sadly, it is no where reliable at all - app, system or service. Feels almost like they got a high school kid to freelance everything. Bad bad bad. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Many other people have same issues for months and years which they refuse to acknowledge, fix and take responsibility for, instead pinning the blame on us
Recently the upgraded apps has improved. The cash upfront option is there. But it is not good enough. Why I have to cancel my order and resubmit if I just want change the price? Other apps like iFast is more user friendly in this respect. Please improve the user trading experience. Given DBS digital banking apps is one of the best Internet banking apps I have experienced. You guys can do it better!
