I was so excited about this app and did all the work to fill out three diary cards. Then I find out not only is there a way to review them, you also can't send them to anyone. I tried the "PDF" button and it offers me to use my Google drive pdf reader, zoom, Kindle, or my printer service. Very strange options. I tried Google drive and it couldn't open the document. I tried the print option and it said it couldn't read the document. So now I have no way to view let alone send what I've done to my counselor! So disappointed!

If it weren't for the bugs, like spontaneous and confusing language changing, unable to save my pros-cons lists, this app would be GREAT! However, the features that do work have helped a lot! I want to try to keep using it, but I really hope the issues will be fixed. It is very frustrating.. please update!

If I could give this app ten stars I would, simply for the focus questions button alone. That button is like activating your DBT mainline drip. Honestly, just a no-frills DBT information and resource app. Has a few tools you can cater to yourself, as well as a diary card with all the different aspects intact. Phenomenal! Please download, your mental health will thank you!

The app keeps crashing and you lose all of your notes in the diary section. It isn't an app that you can close and open and continue writing. It all just disappears. Super frustrating when you're just about done a diary entry and the app just closes.

Love it. I struggle to fill out paper diary cards for therapy, this makes it way easier and the descriptions help me fill out the skills section. Only thing is I'd like to be able to print off a weekly report instead of the individual ones for my psych to read. Otherwise its brilliant.

it's teally convenient I just discovered the affirmations and the weekly tips. the thing is I don't have enough space on my phone so I had to choose. youper is helping me now. but I might re install dbt 911 later on a new phone. suggestion: if you could make more interactive like youper then I could have just have one app. The dairy takes me too long to evaluate everything. Having the app checking on us 3 times a day would br better amd great help. thanks!

It's great it has everything I need. I just wish that the diary cards also had statistics. And that there were a space for notes on which skills we used at the ver end of the diary card. Overall a great app.

Great idea but it doesn't work. Every time I try to write a list or otherwise use the app, it crashes, doesn't save what I wrote, and reboots in another language (possibly Swedish or one of the other Scandinavian languages? Idk). I uninstalled it because I don't have space on my phone for an app that crashes every time I try to use it.

I believe anyone struggling with mental illness should have this on their phone. It really help. Dialectical behavioural therapy app brilliant. Been there for me when I've had no one for help. Also you can print off your daily diary sheets for your psychiatrist & show them. It's all recorded which is great. Also helps you in a crisis.

I would of given this full stars but I would like a reminder to do the Diary Cards. I struggle with memory issues as many must, so a reminder to stay mindful would be great! Atleast until the skills become part of my own skill set.

This is a fantastic resource that provides quick access to DBT skills, including when and how to use them. it also has the best Diary Card I've seen. I'm so grateful to find this! i wish there was a Widget for it, and also Reminders

Every time I go to fill out the diary card, it is in a different language and I have to go into the menu and change it and it restarts the app. I am able to then fill out the diary card. This happens every time. Please fix this.

I like this app but wish there was a way to see your responses to the diary cards in a way that would summarize them into graphs, it is hard to get a long view while having to open each one seperately

App is great expect 1 big problem. Each day saves to a pdf and it looks like you're supposed to be able to convert it to one pdf to email your doctor but it does not work so you end up needing to email every individual day as a pdf to your dr which is way too time consuming for both of you to send, open, and read. If this were improved this would be a 5 star app easily

Easy to use, descriptive definitions and examples of skills, straightforward diary card...one can fill out the diary card very quickly so it is easy and hassle free to fill our daily!!

Great and useful information but app. won't save what I 've typed in. This makes it impossible to use with my therapist. Maybe I will just have to use paper and pen, but then my therapist won't have a copy. Please fix this!!! Thanks in advance.

It's a good app for an emergency. Could use some upgrading. Maybe make it a little nicer to look at but a good app for those who need dbt.

As a certified Psychologist I must say this app is amazing! No hassle, it's simplistic, and it can be used as a tool for therapy for the client during the week along with their other reccomended exercises.

It doesn't save your progress and it takes you to empty diary cards to print out or view. Not helpful.

I love dbt 911 it is very helpful to me but I hate that when you are halfway through the diary card it says it is having problems and shuts you out. Other that that it's a good app.

A lot of reading little interaction. If you want something to immediatly distract you then the crisis part helps with grounding questions.
