DC Comics

A great tool for cheap digital comics, excellent functionality for not only collecting comics but enjoying the read panel by panel or page by page depending on preference. Only complaint is download speeds tend to vary and often operate too slow. But none the less a top grade app for any comic fan and definitely worth recommendation to friends and fellow comic fans

I generally prefer physical copies of my comics but having them all on my phone makes life a lot easier and really provides some entertainment while traveling to work! The app has never stopped working, has an excellent interface with an amazing catalogue, menu and overall design are top tier! An essential for any DC/Comic Fan!

It's a little limited on ability to make and find any given selection. DC comics should organize it's fine inventory by Decades. Say, the Golden age or silver age or The years of Superman artist Curt Swan! And have a section on DC Comics toys that can compete with Marvel Comics! A well known Fast Food restaurant way back in the late 80's or early 90's had the whole Legion of Superheroes collection for their "Happy-Box" and they are my very favorite to read! imposible to Find! Movie never made!

They could have a performance boost. Sometimes it takes a long time to load when your looking through different comics. If it takes too long you got to close the app & open it again. Kinda frustrating, but still love DC!!!

I used it in 2013 and bought a lot of comics and was happy with the app. Now in 2019 I tried downloading the app again to continue reading my comics and was surprised: the comics that I brought were gone and the option to restore them does not work (the comics that I bought appear in "my books" but when I try to read them I'm asked to buy them again). I would like a solution to this since I originally really liked the app.

I have just ONE thing to say about the DC COMICS app! It's smeggin' AWESOME! While not as good as paper hardcopies, it's the next best thing. I can fill in holes in my hardcopy collection and not have to wait until I find a certain much needed hardcopy. I'm still gonna buy the real thing, but the DC COMICS app let's me read entire storylines all at once! thanks DC 'bucky Anderson

I believe that if there is a monthly payment that comic books should be accessible even the ones that have to be bought due to the fact that they will be a payment every month it would make it easier for fans and readers stay tuned or read whatever magazine they want instead of having to constantly purchase and as far as the free magazines that should be better selections

While it can be expensive, this app is much cheaper than buying physical copies and if you simply wait for a sale of a story you want to read, cost is relatively low. Best for buying Graphic Novels on sale rather than single issues in terms of cost

Easy to use and sharp images make reading easy and mobile. I couldn't imagine taking several books with me on the go. But I always have my phone on me. Just wish that my hard copy came with a digital copy so i didnt have to buy two copies.

I've had good and bad moments with this app. There was a price hike a year or two ago that stopped me from buying more comics. It's essentially Comixology for (most) DC graphic novels and comics. Frequent sales were very helpful. Best part is it uses the currency of your country rather than Comixology's USD. The comics you buy here also show up in your Comixology library. Until now, DC Universe Infinite is not in my country, so I regularly read stuff in this app.

Only been on the app a short time. Would like to see it evolve to incorporate a barcode scanner in order to keep a running inventory of books in personal print edition collection.

everything works well, only downside is the page do not auto-adjust to fit your phone screen. So i have to keep flipping my phone to the side, but other than that minor detail works well.

There are no comic shops where I live, having this app allows me to still read single issue comics. It took some time, but I've gotten use to reading comics digitally. For the stories I really enjoy, I order the trade backs online.

DC has great character driven stories that I have always loved starting back when I bought my very first comic series when I was 5 years old which was The Man of Steel 6 part series by John Byrne all the way to now being 40 years old and still loving the DC Universe. The app is excellent for me as I live in a remote area and the closest comic store is 200km away so I still get to read my comics with just a tap on the DC app. I only wish they hadn't of rebooted the line twice within 6 years.

Great app, totally worth it, customer service is top-notch. Phone glitched while purchasing RHATO #39, went to Feedback and let them know about it. Within an hour I had gotten an email from them, and within about 30 minutes after that, the problem was fixed and the comic was in my stash. If you read DC, you want this app!

Poor selection and very expensive. Hoped to get some digital copies of some silver age classics but none available and the more modern stuff offered is more expensive in digital than it is in its physical form. Will stick with Amazon Kindle. Uninstalled.

App is wonderful and content is stellar but, WOULD LOVE SPANISH VERSIONS OF ANYTHING. There are millions of multi-lingual speakers who wish to read content in their native or preferred languages, it helps us reframe things culturally reading in different languages. Hear us out! Would love to translate to Spanish for y'all, Thanks!

The app is good overall. They have sales from time to time. But please organise comic books more widely may be, because when I was reading Knightfall some issues were missing ( e.g. the battle between croc and bane, and between batman and riddler), so I couldn't understand what it was about.

I would give it a 5 but like 75 percent of the time when I try to read a comic I've downloaded online off wifi I can't read it. I know it has the ability to do so because it would always let me read offline if I downloaded it about a year ago. Fix it then I'll give a 5 star rating

I just finished reading the batman who laughs. Tbh I live the fact that you can press a button and the screen moves to the next box. And a lot of them are not too expensive, sets are, singles, depending, not so much 👌👌

This app is poorly maintained. Sale prices don't always appear in the app; the app no longer recalls all past purchases, and allows you to pay for items you already own. Can no longer trust the app when purchasing back issues.

I am new to the comic book scean, and let me tell you I stumbled across a gold mine. This app has a lifetime of DC comics and for affordable prices. Due to the lockdowns and what not I'm looking for new ways to spend time and it looks like I've found it. I highly recommend this app 😎

It's a great app and does what it's ment to do the only problem is it's nothing like getting paper back but it balances that with the amount of sales and how cheep the comics are... it does also have some free ones which are worth a read

Quite pleasant reads through this app. Nice experience so far. Sufficient collection. Love it, since it is quite hard to find any graphic novel where I live.

When will you update the sample images? I mean the images of the app that come out here on Google Play, the app is different, in addition to the emblem used is the old one, and it's not Rebirth's new one. The screenshots.

I need to sign in but it won't let me unless I have a Amazon account or Comixology account, which I don't have. Why can't I just sign in the regular way? Also it needs to be a monthly subscription like Marvel so you'll have access to all comics, put them in your library or download.
