No customization to prioritize most relevant screens/modes of transportation, i.e., UX would be enhanced if app could open to favorites, rather than having to go through two menu screens. Also, combining rail and bus favs on the same screen would be beneficial. Otherwise, great tool! Thank you for the development!
I'd give it a 5, but the trip planner has issues. If I enter two metro stations I shouldn't get walking and bus directions. Makes it impossible to determine when I'll arrive at the destination station.
positive: is reliable. negative: latest update went with a lot more empty visual design for each route and times, so extra space makes it much harder to see multiple times at a glance
I purchased this app years ago and now cannot find the pro version (Blue Version) Where can I access the purchased version. This request should not be published as this is not a criticism of the app. I find d the app superiority useful and accurate.
I've been using this app for many years with no problems. Now I will be uninstalling it because this app no longer carry the DC Circulator. I need that for my daily travel.
10* if I could use this app to hold an arriving train until I get on the platform 🤣. Dope app for sure. Metro should offer to buy the licence the dev, it's that good. 👍🏾🙌🏾👏🏾
you want to give it a viewstate favorites. this way backing out you are at the favorites list and not always at the LONG list to start over.
actually this app isn't bad at all to use. You get not only the eta for the metro bus, but also eta for the metro rail too, etc..
Everything I need to navigate in a simple format. Useful widget too.
Train status and map are accurate and useful. UI is simple.
Its a good app as long as the buses is reported. i know i get bus lines I dont take because bus routes not coming up.
IT'S TERRIBLE , EVERY TIME YOU REFRESH IT , IT GETS STUCK LIKE IT'S BUFFERING . SO YOU'LL HAVE TO CLOSE THE APP AND START ALL OVER .
I like the app but the only thing it doesn't show the Pg County The Bus because it says they can't locate the data for it fix it now 😡🤬😠🖕
This app is WAY better than the official app, which is almost always slow and inaccurate.

Faborite Bus Difficult to use if have more than two/three stops.
This app would be so much better if they could get Fairfax County Connector schedules right.
What happened to the paid ad free version??? Also train predictions stopped working entirely.

Add ability to compile my own dashboard. I want all of the following wait times on the same dashboard that I build: 74 @P/3 heading north, Circulator heading west at Delaware Ave and M, Green line at Waterfront heading to Fort Totten, and Yellow line at l'Enfant heading to Fort Totten. I want ONE dashboard with ALL those wait times in one spot but NOTHING else (so don't show me other l'Enfant lines or directions, don't show me other bus route wait times that I didn't specify).

Happy but not Happy This app only works 55% of the time. This software needs to be updated more often with real-time data on buses and rail information. There needs to be an alert when the next Metro bus is going to be late because I have waited for "ghost" buses before, and it's frustrating, especially when you are relying on this app to give you accurate Metro bus eta. I have been riding Metro since 1993 and it seems like they have not caught up with technology. Please improve the app. Thanks.
