Already bought a ticket on the computer but the app won't allow me to upload it and use the APP features. FAIL
Good while traveling.
New just trying it
We had the 48 hour hop on hop off tour service. We got the tickets through Groupon it's cheap bc its cheap. There is only 1 good tour guide (He's from Chicago) and you have to wait FORVER and I mean that literally. They don't tell u that the drop off to the Arlington Cemetery is a charter service to the cemetery. And they told us to download this app for the bus tours. The WHOLE time we did the 48 hour tours the app said NO BUS AVAILABLE (we called to let them know and they said "we know"). So the 1st night we actually missed the last bus (and they dropped us off on spots that we not apart of the tour so it got us confused as to where to be picked up.) Not recommending the app or the service. Spend a lottle more do ANY other bus tour
Not a good experience for us, it took too long to find a pickup stop. Not enough busses circulating, so lots of long waits.
