have Samsung s9, app crashes every time I tap the menu button. every time. UPDATE 6/28/19: to be clear... I have a Samsung galaxy s9. My app is up to date. I cannot tap the [MENU] button on said app without the whole program closing out. So the only thing I can do is just scroll forever down the list of 100s of options. I take the metro frequently. I'd like to have an app that works correctly and is somewhat convenient.
I installed the app for trip planning. I tried searching for the Nationals Ball Park (which has a metro stop!) and could not find it. I tried using Nationals Ball Park, Navy Yard metro, the physical address, all to no avail. I kept getting a message of no search results found. What a waste of time and energy.
When I try to plan a future date trip, the date defaults to the year 1900. This requires me to manually scroll through ALL of the months to the current year. Unusable in this current state. Not sure why a trip planning function in a Metro app would be developed this way?!?! ... Android platform.
Just installed the app. Tried to plan a trip and it won't even let me put in the ending destination. The app just shuts down. Completely useless!
Trip Planner doesn't work, station pages hard to get to and interface is very clumsy. Will continue to try and make it work but major improvement needed.
App crashes every time I hit the menu button Received an email asking for more details - so I came here to provide - and saw EVERYONE ELSE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AND GETTING THE SAME BOT RESPONSE FROM THE DEVELOPER! Lame... I feel for people who have to use the Metro all the time
This app is suppose to work for metro bus, rail, & trip planner. Yet using a Samsung galaxy 6 phone it only works for the bus an it does it perfectly. But what is 1/3 of the job done for ur customers. A little disappointed in this app
inaccurate order for metro station. you wont be able to predict what is the next station after 5-6 stations. for example for silverline it jumped from court house to metro center. totally skipping Rosslyn and other stations.
Search for starting point and/ or destinations doesn't function. Can't even find your hotel or even a specific metro station. E.g., Union Station.
Trip planner function is broken, as are other assorted features. Good for maps, but that's about it.
I would have given this app 5 Stars except for the ridiculous function of having to scroll through every month in the calendar from January 1900 just so I can plan a trip in the future. Absolutely ridiculous flaw in this day and age!
Loved it, then it stopped working. My selected stops come up blank. I may try to reinstall. None of the bus routes appear anymore.
This app is not working anymore. I can click on the bus line or the metro line, but it won't show me the stops or arrival times.
Awesome App,This is a good app. The bus times are pretty accurate. However, sometimes when the bus is close to your bus stop it may say that the bus has already passed and if you walk away from the stop, maybe to go to a store, the bus passes you buy.
Not a app that a visitor should use. If GPS is disabled the app crashes while trip planning. This is just poor coding. And why is the app supported by ads and not by the ticket. I would pay a few cents if I could reload my card on the app. Fire your developers and hire someone that knows what they're doing.
I downloaded this to use the trip planner and it doesn't work. Makes figuring out schedules and timing VERY difficult. Do better metro.
Good apps on time and easy to use,Very good apps, accurate time. At long last, Thank you for making this app available in english. it's very useful this apps highly recommend specially can't understand Chinese language... it's accurate,Very useful and very accurate. Keeps me on time
This app is never accurate about the boarding time I'm everyday missing my train because says will leave in one time but when I get to the station the train left along time and sometimes I have to waite for 20 min when is sundays. Is always having bad connection at night time
Constantly crashes and can't find all stations on the app. Can't even do the trip planner either.
Just a Great App for transportation throughout the area,. The easy to use and enjoyed using the metro 7000 !!Helpful for me to know how long I have to wait for the next bus.It's good still needs work very Convenient. to. buses A perfect companion for the DC Commuter!
Excellent... Always on the dot with my bus stop. Reading some posts. I'm really surprised. Mine is always in sync with my app. Thats too bad. BTW. .. The customer. service thst bookd the pt1 rides at ccrta rocks.
App does not work correctly. When trying to use Trip planning a Google search screen pops up, but no matter what is entered into field an error message says the system cannot perform the search. I've tried this on both a Motorola G6 and a Samsung Galaxy 6. All permissions are approved, I've removed and then reinstalled on both devices, so I have the newest version. Since countless other people have reported this issue, it is obvious that the problem is the APP.
