Mixed experiences with the app, great way to catch up on the massive choice of comics, introductory price was great in the UK. But the app needs work! Half the comics you download don't work, so re-download the ones that don't then ones that do, don't work now?? App crashes frequently, more so when offline. If you can use it online all the time then it's pretty good! Hoping they fix the offline downloads and crashes then it'll be 4-5 star for me!

Great selection of comics that is unfortunately marred by the less-than-stellar performance of the application itself. Bad loading times, comics not correctly displaying as favorited or not, and inexplicable connection issues are just a few of the issues I've experienced. I've been subscribed for years now and I want to give a glowing review, but none of the app's problems have been addressed when they absolutely need to be fixed.

Installed for Canadian launch of the subscription service. Works well enough. Some obvious utility things are missing, but, thankfully, it does what it should and lets you find, download, and read comics. My #1 feature request would be being able to change the download location in settings from local to an SD card.

Great but not great - it's amazing to finally have a good way to catch up on the DC catalogue. But I jump between my phone and my tablet regularly, the sync between them is terrible at remembering where I was or what issue I was on. It's frustrating when i just have 15 mins spare.

This app has a large amount of room for improvement. Its UI is a little sloppy, especially the sizings of headings, banners, and issue cover grids. The lack of mark read/unread buttons is appalling: that is an ABSOLUTE necessity. What I DO like is the playlist-like function and the ability to bookmark issues and story arcs, something that the Marvel apps don't have. The app is just too janky for the time being. I think I'm going to uninstall and reinstall later.

It's been great up until a couple weeks back. Wherever I try to open the app without data/internet, it shuts down. But when I turn on data, open the app, navigate to downloaded comics and then turn off data, it'll work fine.

Downloaded books should not require a connection. Period. There is a reason people choose to download a book vs streaming, and the fact that I can demonstrably show that you cannot access downloaded content (start reading a book, toggle airplane mode) is annoying. I was very happy to support DC via this app once it reached the Canadian market...but no longer.

I love the content provided by dc universe infinite. Unfortunately, the app kind of sucks. The majority of the time books will not load. The apps ability to download is garbage. I usually have to try to download something four or five times and even then the damn app usually tells me that there was an error downloading at which point I just login to the webpage on my laptop. In point of fact if I was not able to access content on my computer I would cancel my subscription.

Have you given up on fixing the favorites and returning the feature of resuming series? I complained about these problems in January. I cancelled my sub a month ago to save money and just resubbed yesterday and these issues still aren't fixed, yet there are new reading features. I don't get why you seem to be focused on adding new stuff while ignoring the broken/missing stuff.

Finally, after literally a year of waiting, DC Universe Infinite has been in the UK for a month and oh, what a month it has been. Whilst it is not impossible to find comics in the UK, it certainly isn't easy, so for me, primarily a DC comic fan, this has been a godsend, finally I have been able to gorge myself on content I just haven't had access to, this is a 5* for me <3

Beware. I purchased an annual account on the launch day in the UK and every time I try to log in on my tablet I get an 'Unexpected Error' message. I immediately opened a ticket with the 'support' team who have spent the last month going in circles, ignoring the previous correspondence and sending me the same unhelpful template emails, over and over and over. This is the worst support and customer service I have ever encountered from any company, anywhere.

I love the wide range of comics available but the app itself is quite buggy. I read them on my phone and I turn it sideways and have to zoom into every page when I do this. On the last page any time I move the image it thinks I'm done and pulls up the menu for related comics.

This app is a hot mess - UI is pretty much unusable. The content itself is fantastic but when you can't even scroll thru your favorites without the list resetting itself it makes the user experience pointless. Will be unsubscribing from DC Universe until they can get a proper app up and running which is unfortunate for this life long comic book fan.

So this is a subscription based platform that will show advertising, personally I don't think that I should have ads on an app that I pay to use, I open up my first comic after signing up and I get hit with an ad, in my opinion it's not worth the cost if you're going to get ads or anything like them even though you pay to use the service.

Love the app other than the overall big picture series need to be laid out in a more readable fashion without having to add it to a custom reading list and some of the panels when reading one at a time were out of order or not cropped properly specifically in New 52 Batman but that was few and far between other than that great app and would love to see these changes made

On trial currently, cannot read any comics. A bit disappointing. I'd like to renew but if this is normal I'm not sure I want to? Was disappointed to see there's no access to vertigo and some other imprints either. A bit similar to marvel unlimited in that respect so not a big surprise.

Can't even sign up in UK. Have to use app to register, no access to website. App crashes at age varification. Even Apple TV shows 'account creation error' (says I'm not 'loaded', apparently) EDIT: Use a VPN and sign up via the US website. Don't make any payments or start trial. Login credentials will work for UK app and you can pay in £.

Great content, still needs some QoL stuff w the mark as read and the option to choose either Show Page on Enter or Exit (now you can only do both). Sometimes panel transitions on my A7 tab are rocky but for the most part it's smooth on my Pixel 6 pro. Keep trending upward guys thank you

Having access to all those comics is great. Too bad the app doesn't seem to want you too read them. Downloading a comic is more miss than hit and then your comic's don't even show in the download folder.

App has completely stopped working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it sticks on the load screen. Will have to cancel my subscription so I'm not paying for something that is broken.

Good selection, but my tablet screen is over 10", there shouldn't any be pages that require me to turn my tablet horizontal (Not an issue on MU). Super frustrating.

Too slow. It reloads the entire page if you change your phone from portrait to landscape. Even turning down the quality from HD to SD doesn't help

The content here is obviously 5 stars but the app itself is probably a 3. Hopefully they can iron out the kinks as time goes on. Having access to 80 years of amazing comics is a treat though.

I have a pretty annoying issue, for some reason when I read 1 one book in a series the rest are then marked as read.

Transitioning from panel to panel could use some work and it could be more intuitive with controls, but it dose have really good selection.

In one update this has gone from a one star review to a four star review. Much better performance. No sign in issues and downloads work great.

Couldn't log in. Tried registering but it froze at the final stage. Multiple tries and still the same result.

I love this app i read 1 comic in the morning and 3 at night. It is a way cheaper and sustanable option than buying a paper back.

Still need an internet connection to read downloaded comics offline which is pointless. Other than that it's been fine.

Almost everything is good but the main issue I have is that reading issues offline does not work, it just tells me that I'm offline.
