DC7 Secure crane real-time operation game.

I used to love this app. Everything was pretty straight-forward and staff were very kind. The way they shipped items was very well done as well. The problem now is that all of the changes deter international users. If you are local, that's great. But now, shipping is ridiculously complicated and expensive. I no longer use the app as it's just not feasible. I check in from time to time to see that my items are still listed and if they switched things back.

Tried various live crane games, & def feel like this is one of the better ones! First of all, we have a V-Tuber who shares information + strategies + sings. The prices are pretty fair;; I've personally found triple catchers pretty easy since the 💪 isn't too weak and the drop-off point doesn't require prize to bounce into hole... The rest do require more precision & luck - but still pretty fair in my opinion! For oversea users tho - shipping 😭 Kinda expensive + only kept for 14 days!!

It seems like Dokodemo made many changes. These sadly look really difficult, as every text and notification is in japanese. They also only ship via TensoJapan nowadays, which is really complicated for overseas player. TensoJapan is only in japenese and I didn't understand a single word. You have to pay for your shipping probably with Yen and payment methods, which aren't available for most of us.

I used to love the app, but shipping is too expensive now and too complicated to understand. Not worth it to play anymore. I recommend to not play unless you live in Japan then it's a wonderful game because shipping is not too expensive there.

i find the game very hard to play, in terms of the functionality of the claws. when i try to navigate them, some of them moves but cannot go down and pick the item, some are hindered mobility. on the other hand i like the customer service alot. they are nice and friendly. the request even though they might not accept the reason but they still try to meet the customer needs. overall, i feel the ease of the game needs to be improved for user though the welfare is met with a quick customer service.

This App is Amazing! And yes you can Win! Doesn't have a ton of different set ups but the prizes change often! Great selection of prizes to play for! You do have to pay to ship them out.....but it's well worth it because of how friendly and helpful the staff is....plus it's easier to win on this app compared to others....no bait machines which is awesome and you can always get movement from the claws...No weak claws are the best!!

I won a prize off of this app! The shipping was delayed for 3 weeks, but once it shipped out I received the prize in 3 days. If you have problems the customer service is very fast. When I won my prize it was stuck. I wrote them about it and they fixed it so I still won. Even though shipping costs 1000 points per prize it's not really a problem. You can earn points very easily and you get free points every day when you log in. Overall this app is very good and I'd recommend it.

DC7 customer service was very nice and responsive. My items were sent internationally. My fragile item was well wrapped in bubble wrap. The cranes were great too. The shipping was about $10 per item. Hopefully that can lowered at some point, but I understand why they have to charge that. Overall, great experience.

UPDATED REVIEW: Shipping has been drastically improved (if expensive). Got my prize within 2 weeks. The interface is much better than previous iterations, though there are still occasional performance hiccups. The prizes are relatively easy to win. The best crane game app I've tried so far, held back only by mild performance issues and high shipping costs (even then, the latter is likely out of their control, especially concerning overseas customers).

The DC7 staff is very attentive to their playerbase. A real person responds to queries in minutes, they are willing to change the prize version upon request, and they assist struggling users by repositioning prizes to better your chances of winning so that you don't leave frustrated and empty-handed. I've enjoyed my time on this app so far and hope to continue to do so! :)

There is a serious flaw in the app. It does not allow user to top up the credits to continue play. Imagine you top up $100 for a prize that is worth only $20. You are one move away to win but the app does not allow you to top up and continue and you lose your turn and the next person wins the prize. I have feedback to the App but they can't be bothered and just replied that you should have top up more credit to begin with. How can they expect people to know how many plays it takes to win. Scam.

I have used this site since 2016. Support isnt helpful and they wont refund for issues that have happened on their end. App is buggy and you may lose points or prizes you were playing for because of that. They take forever to ship and mainly prioritize their Japanese customers. They used to be known for good customer service but all that had gone down the drain. Use a different app unless you're only going to use free points and dont mind waiting over a month for them to ship.

Unlike toreba if you spend a lot of points and you still didn't get the prize reward, most of the time the staff there will help you repositioning the box for easy win. They will also offer a refund if your claw getting laggy or won't move while you're holding the horizontal button (you shouldn't proceed using vertical button while this happened, just report to the staff). Downside of this service is the shipping cost, shipping the prize here is not free, my shipping cost is 400 DP per item.

I have tried several catchers recently. This one and JCM are the only ones Ive won anything on, Ive actually won twice so far on dc7 and actually had way more pickups and close calls than any other app. Also has 3 prong claw machines not just 2 claw. International shipping cost 1000 points which is 1000 yen at full price which is fair. Prize selection is smaller than other apps but growing. The only issue ive had is sometimes laggy/glitchy controls on the 4 control machined. Overall the best imo

Pretty Good. The game is pretty good and like Toreba. I won a prize in one try which means the machines aren't rigged and I am currently waiting for my prize to be shipped from Japan. Shipping is pretty costly but if you do offers you should be able to complete them and get credits before the prize expires! Over all a great app. just wish shipping was cheaper.

I've been playing Toreba but I came across this so I gave it a shot. The camera set ups are kind of weird but it's still playable. Customer support is very helpful. The only thing I'm disliking is the shipping time. It's going on 2.5 months since I put in the shipping request. Toreba is like 2 -3 weeks before they ship out. QAQ/

U.S. Players can play! You have to put a 1 in front of your phone number when registering. They ask to verify through SMS to prevent multiple accounts (they'd need your number for shipping anyway!). So far so good. I play Toreba ALOT! This is a true competitor. They give you 3 plays worth at sign up. They have free credit options through downloading/playing apps just like Toreba. The cameras are crystal clear. Loading times are a little slow. Toreba has a better app. Overall I am VERY impressed!

GIVE IT A TRY This is one of the best online crane games that I have ever played. Employees are super nice and they help you out if you are struggling. Everything is so organized and put into categories. The only thing you need to be wary of is it has shipping cost for each item you win. However, I love this app since employees actually care about you, and they don't make it hard for you to win items especially figurines! I'll support more!

I have food items in my cart waiting to be shipped that expired on 08/03/2020. UPDATE: Shortly after writing this review, my food item orders were all cancelled and all points used to win them refunded to me. I'd much rather them just send me the things I've won, but they flat out refuse to. They also refuse to refund points for lag, even if the issue is on their end (I was on 4G with full bars). All in all, this app is an extreme disappointment.

Update: I have been playing for 2 years now. This is my favorite crane app for many reasons. 1st is the best customer care. 2nd prizes are winnable and the customer service can help you in real time if there is an issue with the machine. 3rd I can ship my prizes to a warehouse then ship to me. This has been a huge help during this past year. You do have to pay for shipping once it goes to warehouse. Which ships at a fair price, just need airshipping to resume to my country.

Win items to pretty much never get them delivered, been waiting over a month for them to even despatch an item I've won with a delivery point deduction as well I have contacted them 3 times only to get emails back fast saying that they are busy and wait longer. Take this as a warning to anyone hoping to receive any items you win.

Lots of lag. often times screen frozen for half a minute. also continue button often not work. was worried i would lose. spot when half way through staff helped put prize in Winning position after i spent too much. I think after they fix lag and button problems they are better than toreba

So my biggest gripe with this app is if you are an international player, you have to fork over 1000 yen worth of money to ship 1 prize, (this is on top of the money you put in just to play the machine). yet it only costs them 100 yen to actually ship it. So you are basically buying the prize.(depending on how many plays to win the prize, you could be paying more for it than just buying the prize on eBay. Seems like a total rip off compared to other crane games

LOVE THIS GAME!!! I prefer it to Toreba. Tapjoy offers have better payouts, the machines tend to be easier to win, and game credit is cheaper to buy. They DO have their fair share of technical blips, but whenever I have needed to contact support, they have ALWAYS responded promptly, usually within the hour. Hoping they put more Disney Cuicui's in soon, as I won Snow White, and now I need the others 😂

DC7 is such a wonderful crane game app. The employees are helpful, the support is fast, the machines are responsive and everything is great. While some complain about the shipping I don't mind. Most objects on torebra can cost 40$+ while with shipping on this app it averages around 20$ per win.

Ok so I got a prize that I expected to be dropped in the right place so it had a good grip on it but forcefully opened on it's own and it wasn't even close to the drop in box, it has good graphics at all but it malfunction and should be fixed.

Helpful staff that email back very quickly, fair claws. DC7 is a fantastic claw game to play. They have popular prizes you would find in arcades and they seem to want you to win. If you have trouble a kind staff member is not far away to give you a helping hand. You will either get the prize at the price you might pay a seller for it or cheaper. Which makes the experience fun and you dont go away hating yourself for putting too much money in. Give DC7 a try, you wont regret it.
