After the current update, the app is crashing if i click on my account. I have updated the app on 5/5/22 7.30am. Before tat it was working properly. Not the best banking app but gets the job done
Worst app as well service from bank personel .... Since last 2 months trying to creat UPI but due to bank server not responding, nit possible .... Regarding mobile banking app, after updating some features are missing, gave complaint to customer care .... No responce ... Very bad and hopeless service
Worst application. Contains bugs. Every time when we open the app. The app ask for an update. App doesn't update and crashes thereafter, that requires reinstallation, kills time and efforts.
User interface is awesome. Very fast processing. Great experience.
The updates are not downloading and I just can not use this mobile app. The same thing is happening again and and again. The mobile app can not be used for quite a long time. Must improve your system to accommodate the need of customers.
I never face any trouble compare with all the other banks apps this is very user friendly and easy to access
New update has bugs can't view a/c balance, whenever to view balance app restarts back.
After current update the app is not responding please solve it as soon as possible cause i have current account in DCB and without app it becomes difficult in doing business transaction
Add some options like pan updation aadhar updation address change etc..it's just simple app adding some different options will more be helpful.
Works fine the only problem is everytime I open i have to do in anticipation that may open may not open. Finger login required.

Very Bad experience, it is crashing when i press Account balance
In this version "My account" option is not working, it exits the app. Please check, I'm unable to access that details of my account in this version.
After last update my app not working properly....auto close when go to account
Not able to check accnt balance through this app.it is closing automatically.
Mostly not user-friendly and need to be update with so many features yet to come. Sarcastically created app by the developer.
New Debit card apply facilities must be there. Otherwise everything is very good. Good Bank.Good app.
After latest 2 may 2022 update the app keeps crashing on viewing account information.
The big minus point for this App is you cannot access multiple accounts & that's very very inconvenient for all users..
Worst bank! Do not keep any fixed deposit with them. You will be harassed and need to keep running physically to branch till you get the money. Chennai main branch and Byculla branch most of the staff showing laidback attitude. Most of the time there is noone to help you if u need to get passbook updated. I had to go twice to get passbook updated since person updating passbook had gone out to meet a client. I find no help from branch staff. Customer service is okay but they don't handle issues

Excellent, but some time i found dificalty in recieving OTP for transection, like yesturday i tried 3 times but didnt recieve OTP for my transection.
Application insisting to update but as of now dated 25/3/2022 10am update is not working
I cannot use the app in my device, requesting you to optimise as soon as possible
I'm disappointed because this app doesn't show instant transaction update in dcb passbook

Loved the app very much. User friendly,easy,quick.....Only drawback I felt is that..The bank should adopt some method to increase the limit from 1L to a higher amount for business purpose according to customer request..Else everything looks great 👍 Edit: After updating this app yesterday it has become impossible to check balance in the app. Also when I click 'My account' the app automatically closes leaving me unable to do any of those functions. Please rectify this issue immediately.
