app has been very useful. easy to load, check balances, and transfer money. You have to be careful if you accidently type the wrong password 3 times in a row, it locks you out and requires a trip to the credit union to reset.

Mortgage balance doesnt update, will go down if you supersede intrest charges but you can't ever see your instantaneous balance... Useful for bill pay but all apps can do that now. not much this app does that you cant do on others. Bank is great though.

This app is very user friendly. I love all the functions I can take advantage of. I like how secure it can be, depending on your phone and how secure you choose it to be. Definitely recommend.

Interface is clean and easy to use. App loads quickly and has never had issues or crashed. I can do all my banking quickly and easily.

app was just updated. now will not recognize my login or my password. when you guys update an app, you need to make sure that all people's information is still able to login next time. now I'm ending up having to call the bank to make sure my account is still active. not very convenient guys.

I have to repeatedly setup fingerprint login. I'd think that once it's setup, it should stay setup, but that's not the case.

Could never log in. Always have error (code 400). The Credit Union support could not resolve this. Seems other users are also facing the same issue. Update: Finally the login issue has been fixed.

Minus 5 if I could. No credit card transactions at all. Transaction tags from the old system were completely lost .. not transfered from the old system.

App no longer works. Will change my rating if they fix it soon. For the last few weeks it has given me a 400 error when I try to log in on my galaxy note 9.

Love this app, I don't live near this credit union but the app allows me to keep and use my account with them from afar. I love this successful and useful application.

The app has been great. I love mobile check deposit. I can easily see my balances and make transfers as well.

The app allows for most things to be done without having to go in. It has worked for what I need it to without any issues.

The worst banking app ever!!!! Have to search for additional accounts and functions for Bill Pay. Confused that anyone could have approved the role out of this cumbersome mess!!!

it worked perfectly with moto g5 plus until the latest update to fix for samsung phones. now it wont work for me! very disappointed!

Pretty user friendly and fast! I'm able to do all my banking needs over the app which is convenient when out of town

I happen to live out of state of DCECU and you wouldn't know it, I use the app for EVERYTHING, BILL PAY, TRANSFERS And many other things. I RECOMMEND DCECU TO EVERYONE, even if they live out of state. THANK YOU for meeting my needs.

bill pay is sometimes hard to follow credit union accounts are easy and great. nice rebates too!

The app does most things that I need in a fraction of the time it took to use the web page. I have not had any problems with it.

Too often mobile checks will not deposit. Otherwise, it is very good.
