It is the year 2022. Why the hell is there an app that is this bad. Seriously have to jump through eighty hoops to get anything verified and I can't edit anything. If there is gonna be this much assinine verification then we should at least be able to edit it or go back if we miss click something. I work for several respite companies and this is definitely the worst app I have ever used. Also have been having issues with a draining battery since starting with this app. Get it together.

Worst app of all time. Unable to view schedule. Training videos are not representative of current screens on app so very confusing. Contacted customer service number and was told they had no way of helping at all. How this company is in business is beyond me. Wish there was a zero rating I could give it.

Ok this app does suck. In today's standards this would be an unintuitive mess. Not saying the developer is bad, I haven't had any bugs. This app is just low budget and in need of more features. Like seeing the dashboard when I'm clocked in or a damn back button when you make a mistake.

The newest update has is where the "Location Service activated" notification is on display, all the time, and is consuming battery life, even when I am not using the app. It is very annoying.

This app buffers all the time. I have trouble talking in and out. Remember me doesn't seem to work half the time. I've been trying to clock out for 2 days. I have done everything from uninstalling forcing stop turning on and off the phone to troubleshooting I don't get it. So pretty much just like all the other reviews this app sucks.

I have this app set to only access my location when it's open and running. It's been accessing my location all day. It's one thing when I'm at work. It's another when I'm at home or doing my own thing. This is the only app that I give access to my location and it's because it's not optional. Total invasion of privacy

Was unable to update as required to login, so I tried to uninstall and reinstall but still just spinning for an hour pending. 4/23/2022 - Update once more only Pending and spinning without actually updating. HELP!!!!

This is the worst app I've ever had to use. Locks up all the time. Tells me to clock in when I'm already clocked and I can't get clocked out. I've had to uninstall it twice already this morning and still can't get it to work. Same yesterday. I'm spending so much time on this it's crazy. Either fix it or let us go back to paper time sheets.

Half of the time, it either doesn't let me clock out, then next shift it will clock me out, which has to be rejected. If it is real time why does the app require you to select day or nights, am or pm?? Isn't that one of the perks of the app? And at midnight when on shift you have clock out and back in for the next date (after midnight). If real time seems it should know that!!

I am the parent please respond to this This app is tracking my location 300+ times a day? This is unacceptable privacy issues at best. feels like class action needs to be made. I am the parent and they have no reason to track my location 300+ times a day. I'm in bed with my partner and they are tracking my location? Why? This is not your right to track me the parent. Not only are you doing that I realize now this is the reason my phone doesn't work properly

Absolute worst app I've ever had the displeasure of being FORCED to use. The app consistently roadblocks me out of logging in. Saying the username and password I use on the DCI website is wrong. It's immensely cryptic, needing a "service code" that seems completely uneeded and obstructive. ALL just to perform a simple clock in and out, that I could easily open through the website via chrome, If they actually add that back to the website that is. If only the "remember me" button worked properly.

I have used two clock-in mobile apps. Compared to Tsheets I give this app a 1 star. One example is not being able to see how many total hours one has for the week while clocked in (among many others). If I had to guess, DCI know how to grease the wheels of officials who never have to use the app.

This app sucks. Doesn't save login info as promised, randomly decides I'm not close enough for geofencing, and you & your employer have to press like 12 buttons to clock in and 13 to clock out. Oh yeah and the app updates all the time, then half the time the update isn't published yet, or you have updated and it doesn't work. Why even do updates if they don't improve the experience at all?

I'm learning the app more & more, slowly becoming more confident with it. Yes my first review was one word: Confusing! After talking to the fiscal agent (The Company) a few times to get help with it I'm FINALLY pleased with the system. Btw I talked to a very patient, understanding rep, who totally understood my frustrations.

You guys keep updating this app and fixing "bugs" but end up messing up the app so badly for me to the point to where I have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to be able to clock in for my job and I honestly don't have time for that. Please do better, people have jobs too & while I understand the coding behind an app like this may be rough, I still would like to be able to get my proper hours and not get my payment & hours cut because of a problem that your company is having.

EDIT: Developer is CLUELESS as once again they've given the same advice which I stated in my review I've already done. If I could give negative stars, I would do so. It is RIDICULOUS that we are forced to use such shoddy software to get paid for our work. ------ This app is terrible. Once again the required update has broken my ability to clock in and out and no amount of cache cleaning or reinstalling will fix it.

Employer, one star first if the worker don't have any problems we will give more stars, I told my worker to Uninstall from the phone the old app and then go to the playstore, Do not let the playstore install first some apps will install on top of the other app , if the app is running on top of the old app you will have all kinds of problems, They also will run in the background, I feel like ours is going to do fine, because we removed the old app first and then put the updated app. 🙂🙂🙋‍♀

Tried to clock in for work and it just says "please enter valid value" despite using the pin number I have used to clock on for several months. This app is ridiculous and has been causing issues for me since May.

This app is always crashing, I literally just updated it and it keeps telling me it's out of date, and it won't let me sign in. I've even Uninstalled and reinstalled it, with the same outdated message. This makes it hard to do my job and my employer thinks I'm not trying to punch in correctly. These "bugs" you keep "fixing" just make it worse.

Usually needs to be connected to WiFi to work properly, awful when you have run out of data. Today before I log in, it says it's out of date and to confirm to update. So I update by pressing confirm, nothing happens. I tried your typical stuff like turning on and off the wifi, closing the app, I even uninstalled it and i get the same thing. Last time I used it was yesterday afternoon and it was working. Update1/2021: add a feature where it updates itself.

Worst app I have ever tried to use. Has only worked for me once. When it says log out is confirmed and I try to log in the next day,it's still logged in. I have missed being able to log in and out all month.
