DON'T USE THE APP OR BUS SERVICE The app is as reliable as the bus schedule. Buses randomly appear or disappear, the radar is off quite often. Once the app even told me the bus was at the stop (which, in case the bus was silent and invisible, would've been correct) for 10min, after which it just vanished from the radar, so I had to go by train. A driver left me at the stop while making eye contact, even though I waved. A lot of people don't know how to or if they should wear a mask on the bus.

Very inaccurate time predicitons, not user friendly, doesn't show on the map where detours are. Basically a terrible app.

Time for an update , the time tables of when busses come and go aren't accurate anymore. Lately I've been using the Google maps more often because at least they are right 75% of the time, in stead of 30%.

What a joke of an app. It tells you there's a bus coming and when you go to the stop and wait till the departure time, the trip disappears from the app. They show you the next bus comes in an hour. Very annoying and inconveniencing. Why suggest a non existent trip? And then wait till last minute to remove it from the journey plan? Garbage.

After updating to the new version, it keeps showing "ticket server unavailable" message whenever trying to buy a new 10-journey pass. Also, I bought the other pass few weeks ago, used twice. Then, I couldn't access it in the older version. After updating, it disappeared. Really disappointed !!!

Recent problem with buying tickets. Ticket purchase doesn't go through although there is no error message. I would also prefer better UI to have direct access to "stop" search as opposed to route (currently it is two click process), and integration with KBC app to purchase tickets instead of manually entering card details every time.

The application is totally unreliable. It shows you an estimated arrival time, but often it's not true at all. You wait the bus, it shows you 5 min till the arrival... 4 min.. 3.. 2..1 bus has arrived now and left. But it never happened. Busses don't follow the schedule and the app shows you randome time estimation. Unfortunately, there is sometimes no any alternatives to De Lijn, but the service itself is terrible.

Lately the app hasn't been showing the right times for the busses I want to take, which makes it unreliable. I can't save the adresses or stops I want to save, the function doesn't work. Right now I was trying to plan out a route for the place I'm going to tomorrow and it constantly gives me an error message so I can't find out what bus I have to take and how late to be on time. The search feature is hard to use, I still can't figure it out. It never finds the lines I'm typing in.

De Lijn is without a doubt the worst transportation company I have had to deal with. So consequently they have one of the most unintuitive apps possible. Hard to navigate the app, limited language availability. Besides the pathetic bus and tram services make the whole ensemble pretty useless. Arrival time barely matches with that of the real time. Also the devs just post generic reply to reviews without any improvement.

The app is useless. if you change device without changing phone number they do not allow you to buy tickets anymore. They just ask you to get in touch by email with the support and they take forever to answer (still no answer after 4 days). Definitely not useful when you are in a rush to get the tram . Also despite the fact that I am not using the app at the moment (because I cannot), my system is informing me that the app us draining the battery.

Buying e-tickets is fast and works well, mainly because I have Google Pay installed on my phone, so payment information is instantly accessible in the app. However, my two problems are (1)The real-time bus arrivals info is sometimes very unreliable - a typical scenario is that the time the bus will arrive jumps from 18 minutes to 3 minutes, then 10 minutes, then it disappears completely. (2)The app sometimes refuses to recognise that I am right next to one of my favourite stops and insists that I am 14 kilometres away at a completely different favourite stop. A suggestion - it would be nice to have details of the Omnipass on the app in case you forget it or lose it. That info is tied to my De Lijn account so it should be available.

Not very accurate. Cannot select the bus stop that you want on map and see the busses that passes by. You need to be near the bustation and if your gps is messing up its useless. You can not search for a bus number and see all stops when not in a bus stop that the bus pass. Takes a lot of time to find a root. Does not combine roots with other bus companies or metro or train. I am using it because i don't know any other apps.

The app has no real time warning about delays or you show on the first page that a bus is arriving in 9 minutes and then when refresh it disappears completely. More - the program on the app has nothing to do with the one on the streets ( I understand the days with delays but it happens every single day) - I am waiting for a bus for 45 minutes and I already activated one hour ticket. Good for your business, though:((

This app was good until recent update. I created 3 accounts and activated them and none of them works! I cannot log in, every time I press "log in" it's either "something went wrong" message or nothing happens and I'm still not logged in.. I can't buy tickets or fully use the app.. I contacted support 3 times and still haven't received any possible solution except standard methods that I already tried. I hope you will resolve this issue very soon as I really need my bus tickets.

The driver didn't pick up me. He didn't even stop. And The bus has less passengers. I am tried of rudeness and being bullied by De Lijn drivers. I am one and half hour late to my veterinarian appointment. My animal was late for its sickness. It was emergency. The driver Left us there. I don't recommend at all.

The app wrongly indicates that the busstop is not served. So no information about what busses when in the stop I need. The information is not up to date and even if the stop would be served, it would be practical to know the alternative. Not just: 'stop not served'. No option to search all the stops on a line chosen by you. Only option is to select a stop and see busses who pass. From here you can select the line and see the stops. You can also by tickets in the app.

I wanted to buy a 10-ticket bundle through the app. I tried twice and the app is not showing any tickets on my account. I did not get any error message on my bank's app when authorising the payment, nor on De Lijn's app. I am waiting to see if I will be charged at all and I will be asking for a refund in case I am. By the way, you should be able to pay with your card on the bus (just by tapping on the machine) but that doesn't work either, and it is not possible to buy tickets from the driver.

Broken app. It is impossible to log in with an existing account. While trying to log in, the app fires up a browser, which lands on a non existing login page. Installed and uninstalled the app multiple times, tried all the possible and impossible things and it's simply broken. Not working as expected. #Deadbeef

I have a subscription like most passagiers. But there is no way to connect my card with the app. Yet, the the app gives you the opportunity to BUY all kinds of tickets. Since it is an app, it would be nice if we could use our phones to check-in in trams or buses I stead of using our cards.

Mticket disappeared twice from account before expiry date. First time that my MCard-10 disappeared I didn't think much of it, figured it expired after 6 months and bought a new one. Turns out expiry period is one year. Now again, the second MCard-10 is unlinked from my account and phone number before the expiry date. I only used 2/10 tickets. That's 18EUR lost due to an error with the app. Avoid!

So far not a thr best App. It us not very easy to purchase a normal ticket. And once you activate your ticket and the time pass you can not funf it back. You are getting charges but not a copy of the ticket you used. And that is very important for Business day trips. It needs to be as attachment to the billing/expenses report to be reimbursed by the company. So please make it possible to download a copy if a used ticket..Many thanks for your time and efforts!

I use the bus in Antwerp and this company is one of the unorganized public transport in Europe. The app is not syncron with schedule in the bus stops and bus schedule is based of neither app nor plan on the bus stops. When there is a construction site, it is not usually updated on the app. And also when they change the bus stops, you cannot find information via app and the information on the bus station is not always update (but always only in Dutch)

I need to buy a ticket from time to time - therefore app has one purpose for me. Quickly purchase a single ticket which is not able to do. Both recent attempts I was not able to get my payment go through at first attempt, more like 5 or 6. Second time I was even charged money without any ticket being delivered. No success with my Mastercard or ING's bancontact. Really useless app for me which even steals money from me now. 👎

How can this app get worse all the time I don't know. It's like someone is deliberately trying to make the user experience worse. Example: my app just updated and all of my favorites are gone. I am prompted to create an account in order to have favorites. Why?? I only use the app to check when my bus is coming. I already have a monthly pass and will not be buying daily tickets. ...Many other apps have found a way to cater to different types of users Delijn. Maybe you should look into that?
