Lovely, well designed and effective app. A must for those prone to stress and anxiety. Particularly love the images of progressing up a mountain in de-stress mode.

Super love how I have a mood tracker, a diary, destressing techniques, and motivational cards in one app! Super helpful!
This app uses CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) to give you a better perspective using "positive pyschology" "strength based therapy" when experiencing stressful, hurtful life events to learn to build up your coping toolkit by following the cards (using real life events (anger, losing a loved one, depression, situationaanxiety, panic) then I suggest u give this a go to find healthier long-term outcomes using "affirmations" "empowerment" "gratitude" "problem solving, CBT & "positive pyschology"
This is simple yet so useful. I can keep reminded to take care of myself, control my daily routines, and be grateful of my life.

De-stress Me is a mental well-being app based on cognitive-behavioral (CBT) techniques. I am currently a graduate student in psychology, and as such, I used this app with a discerning eye. The first time I opened the app I was greeted by a rather minimal interface with several options on the bottom of the screen, and a big de-stressMe button in the center. The options along the bottom allow you to input information including your strengths, ways to give thanks, and self-care ideas. The information that you input is used when you activate the de-stressing tool. One of the primary components of CBT is cognitive restructuring which entails challenging negative and automatic thoughts. The app cleverly integrates the information that you input into the bottom menus in order to assist you in challenging negatively oriented thoughts that you may experience during times of stress. Additionally, the app may suggest a technique that I am familiar with from my training, diaphragmatic breathing. The app does a good job of teaching and applying the basic tenants of both strategies. Overall, the app was helpful in reducing my stress and is based on sound psychological principles. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for a convenient and cost-effective way to reduce stress in their life.
