Deaf Helper
It was written as an aid to communication with deaf people. I have shared it here just in case other people find it useful.
The size of the font can be configured.
It continually listens and displays text when a sentence has finished. As with all apps that use the Google speech recognition service, it is better to speak slowly and clearly.

It's a good idea, and it works some of the time with people in the room, which isn't what I needed, since I read lips very well. I tried to use it to understand media without captions and phone calls, and it only told me what I said, not what was coming over the phone. NOT very helpful.
Mic doesn't do anything. Nothing happens
This app would be awesome if it could get what you say correct. Has no way to make edits, so you have to clear complete text and start over until it's right. Also hangs up like previously mentioned.
I rejected the option to remove ads. Now I would like to pay for an ad free version but can't find a way to do that.
It's a great communication tool between the deaf, hard of hearing, & hearing ppl :)

It helped me talk with my grand father
works ok, sometimes stops working and you have to close it. lacks manual editing, copy and paste. am going to try Google's Live Transcribe app now.
Lots of obstacles for us Deafies, but this just let me have a conversation with my Dad in Australia !! I live in Finland and my father is super technology-challenged and refuses to use smartphones and computers. With your app I put my Samsung S3 onto loud speaker and had your app working alongside it on my Samsung Galaxy 10.1.......... it wrote his every word with almost exact precision. THANK YOU SO MUCH !! Still have tears in my eyes... :)

I have been looking for an app like this forever! It recognizes speech extremely well, and for my family whom I always ask to repeat themselves, they love this! Thank you so much for making this, and thanks for the "clear" button!
Text needs to have a larger option
I need a totally fool-proof app for my mother to use, and this looks good. there's a bug whereby it doesn't automatically scroll when the page is full of text when you have chosen the large font.
Never tried it yet, but gosh anything that can improve my hearing condition I will try. My life is complicated and miserable since I became deaf due a head injury. I cannot even find employment anymore. The work field are discriminated towards us deaf people. Thank you inventors for helping us.
I wish you that it's a great hearing mice from deaf.
