After logging in and giving permissions to genie, it just takes me to a blank page. Can't go anywhere except back, which takes me back to the login page Edit: Sorted with help of dev, just needed to change my default browser to Chrome as firefox wasnt allowing local redirects.
After logging in and granting permissions, the app seems to either crash and restart, or simply redirect me back to the login page. This results in an endless loop.
Unable to login. Redirects to localhost on login, which is often blocked by app sandboxing due to thr number of expliots that take advantage of it. Using a custom URI scheme associated with the all would circumvent this limitation and improve implementatiin security.
After updating my phone to android 10 it crashes once trying to log in. I loved Deakin Genie, it was a great resource. Please fix this problem :(
dont know if its just me, but log in page wont load past Deakin Genie authorisation site. i log in and allow access, but after that the webpage stays still and i cant progress further on through set up
Great assistant for Deakin students, however has some compatibility issues with my S8+ where when showing a timetable, it will not align the class time with the correct time on the schedule which can cause havoc if you forget to fully open the timetable.
OK and very basic. Needs more improvements for efficient self services

hye, is this app only for students who studies in Deakin university or anyone can use it?
It's a good app and great initiative however there should be a homepage interface similar to the Deakin Res app. The genie chat interface is very restrictive. In addition, if you type a free form question the space for typing the next question dissappears.
The version on Android runs unstably. Particularly, sometimes I have to login my account again after I kill the apps on background
The new update runs great and the problem of white screen is resolved...
Best app. I can access all important things directly without logging into deakinsync. Love it

Garbage. Has some functions of a useful knowledgebase/toolset but they're jammed into an idiotic conversational interface that makes extracting any information an experience akin to playing Zork instead of just having a menu. Made completely redundant by the fact that it requires you to log in via your browser, thereby causing a myriad of issues for different browsers, and adding extra steps when compared to the process of just logging into the website. If I were a dev for this I would quit.
