DealCrunch - Real Estate Calculator & Analyzer

This app is a must-have when analyzing different properties. Fast registration via my existing social account. Easy to use/clear instructions outlined in the tutorial. I like how I am able to filter out different properties based on price, city, etc. The notes feature is also convenient and easy to access when jotting down specific details I would want to recall later on. I would suggest adding a compare feature to quickly compare two different properties side-by-side.

Easy to use and beautiful UI makes this app terrific! Within this app, I could have all my properties shown in one place for managing. More, the diagram projection tool is really helpful. One thing that I prefer to see is whether we can find some expertise insights or suggestions for my management. I'm really looking forward to have some cutomize offer for this. Overall, it's the best property app that I used before. Keep up for refining this app! Great job!

What an amazing app. You can use this to keep track of rental properties statistics, such as your initial investment and how much your cash flow would be after including monthly income and expenses. Everything is neatly labeled and graphed. You do have limited access to some features but the bronze plan is already impressive.

This calculator is the best one I've seen so far. It's so easy to use and the presentation of it is just beautiful, love it. For only a fraction of the cost for a lunch each month, it gives me all the analysis that I need for analyzing rentals and flips. I would recommend this app to all investors at all levels. Keep up with the good works!

Really great app for keeping track of income properties. Displays all the financial information in a very easy and sleek way. Highly recommend for anyone with an investment property. The app allows you to list if the property has a pool garage, etc. But it would be nice if I could list a fence too.

I just want to start off by saying I absolutely love this app! Not only is it breeze to use and has a beautiful UI it's completely functional in every way. No annoying ads or notifications is always good also if your serious about your real estate DealCrunch is a absolute must have!

Such a straightforward and easy to use interface. It lays out ALL of your comparative data for your investment properties and makes it possible to see what's profitable and what isn't. My only feedback would be to extend the free trial 😂

So far, so good. easy to add properties and view information about each. Nice, clean design- was easy to understand. will update as i use. The only suggestion I have is to add a place for notes. IMHO any business app should have a place for notes.

Fantastic app for a property investor such as myself. This app allows me to keep track of expenses that I paid when renovating my properties. I think an added feature would be to compare rent prices near ones property and asking prices. This would allow me to save time and just use one app versus many others.

If you're interested in dipping your toes into property investment, then this app is perfect for you. The UI is clean and scouting for properties is easy. My only gripe is that the font is a tad small.

Great app for consolidating my rental properties into one spot while having some additonal tools to work with. Needs to have a way to edit the PDF report designs (branding, template, etc..), unless I'm missing something? Definitely recommend this app!

Nice app, easy to use, beautiful design, and for anyone who's looking to invest in real estate this app is the best option, especially that it has a retail calculator to estimate your investments which is in my opinion a very useful option!

A great and easy to use app! I am still exploring how it goes. This probably one of the most helpful with those who is interested in investment property. Never encounter any problem with the app as of the moment.

This app is looking like a gem. Very nice UI and it's appealing on the eyes. Everything is neatly ordered and easy to understand. The only issue I see is a small grammatical error. Other than that, it's near perfect.

I used BiggerPockets calculator before for analyzing deals but this mobile app is definitely killing it. Instead of paying $30 for BP now for only 1/3 of the price I can analyze all sorts of properties, even discuss a deal with other investors for any of my questions. I also like how the app projects the future returns of my properties in the interative diagram, it's beautiful and easy to digest. Thank you and look forward to seeing new features in the future!

Very nice app, easy to use with a minimal interface and helpful for real estate investors. For customization, perhaps adding a few background choices for profiles will be a nice little add-on.

This calculator is indeed a game changer . I found it to be more efficient in making deal analysis and calculation. This saves me alot of cash for beeing more accurate. Excellent app for those into properties .

This app is amazing. Super easy to use/navigate. You can invite your family or friends who are interesting in investment property (renting their property). Made easy for everyone.

If you are serious about real estate investing this is for you. I am just starting out and this calculator really helps me a lot, it only takes me a minute or two to plug in all the numbers for the property, and it will generate a nice beautiful summary for it. Quick and easy is what I can tell, I will keep using this for all my future analysis for sure.

App is nice and not to complicated, the UI is simple and clean. Its great if you plan to invest into real estate and need the right estimates.

App is pretty fluid a great UI. The design makes adding investment properties easy and quick. Not too sure about the invite codes though. Great overall.

I'm glad there's a referral program built in that can help more people benefit from the features of exporting the reports. It has useful features for managing a portfolio.

So glad I found this app! I now have all my investment properties, a rental calculator and even a map all in one place. With accurate reports, precise calculations, estimates and projections I can literally manage all my real estate while on the go, no matter where I go!

Great app, though i would appreciate it if you could include the ability to change currencies, and add other global currencies like AED KWD, Euro..etc.

I am just getting into the real estate biz and this app has everything I need to make understanding the industry easier. It helps me manage and analyze properties so I'm sure I'm doing things right, and helps me double check what I'm doing.
