I have no clue how to get a refund because everything I go to the help section it freezes and I can't seem to get it to work 🙃 if someone could reach out that'd be great! Edited 5/24/22 approx. 15 minutes later: I was able to get through to someone on the Facebook page. They helped me very efficiently and kindly so the stars go towards customer service. :) thanks again!!

Scam app, using the save method as TurboTax. Had free bids, but was still charged $30 to look at a tease of what I could bid on before they all disappeared. You have to spend money to see more items that you could win with the same odds as winning the lottery.

I just installed the app. I was prompted to input my credit card info and, since I thought it was just for when I actually start bidding and didn't think anything of it, I did. The next thing I know, my account is billed $72!!! I had no idea that I had to purchase the ability to make bids. I thought it was like ebay where you pay for when you bid. No where was I informed that by inputting my credit card info I was automatically going to be billed. Don't install the app! They don't warn you

Horrible! I don't think it's fair by any means to have an "Auction" with no time limit or either every bidder present during bid. Not adding bids and rotating one then the next... It should be a charge for every person when the bid changes to keep in the bid! 1,000+ bids and Nothing! Everyone needs to allow one or the other to get what they really want, a choice of one option for a few days and all bids bought for a penny to stop this! I have a good mind to do a similar app, but with differences

Go to try to contact through the app cannot contact them thought I was adding a card to maybe purchase something if I liked it but ended up being forced into a 600 bid pack for 70 bucks right off the bat try to send a message at just freezes up won't even let you try to do refund absolutely the worst app I have ever seen do not waste your time with this money trap of an app

I don't like the fact that you have to buy bids in order to win!! Because you're not technically getting a deal!! When you add up the cost you paid for the bids on top of the cost that you actually pay for the item(s) you're actually paying the retail price or more!! And you can't say it's in order to make sure that you buy it bidded on items cuz it's not like they can't resell them?! It's just a way for them to make more money!!! I used my free bids and uninstalled the app!!!

What in the world, all of the advertisements are false once you put in a few dollars you'll start to see that the prices for something as simple as lien for your bed are priced at around $200 don't be fooled by the advertisements nothing here is cheap all the prices are artificially inflated, probably ran by snip bots. sad. When they start offering you three times the bids for the price of one, that should be the first sign that it's too good to be true. 66.6%

RIP OFF! This is a fast way to throw away money. You pay to bid, if you can possibly win, (not sure you can), then you pay for the item. It seems that I wad automatically charged $76 to start. I have won NOTHING!!!!

Is really hard to win on dealdash now. Have 500 bids and couldn't win any items. Haven't been back for awhile now. Some people willing to spend more than what the items worth so basically not really a deal. DD should have more limit so other can get a chance to win.

Downloaded on ad from other app. Tried to force me into buying something, masked as just "entering cc info" of an item I had not chosen. Thankfully I had my cc purchases turned off for the moment. I ERASED CC INFO! Then it froze, yet only allowed info to be reput into cc info. HMMM.... NOT REALLY FEELING SAFE . THANK GOD Im not having to return an item I never chose

I really hate being scammed out of my hard earned money. I start to bid on something the next thing you know there are 20 people bidding on the same item. Do not believe for one minute that you will win an auction like there advertising says. It is a joke and a waste of money. I will never use deal dash again. False advertising gets you in the end.

One sided. Caters to women mostly. Done a few searches and not really anything that a typical man would buy. All stuff that is a waist of money and time. If. You want to buy stuff for the house or something that your wife would like than this is your place. I'm uninstalling this app it's a waist of time.

It's a fraud. They took my 30 dollars. I opened a bank dispute and it won't work. I cannot retrieve my money. They won't even let me login. They won't let you reset the password either. Had to call my capital one and change my card number to solve the problem and made sure they block dd for any future transactions.

Lmao $78 to buy 600 bids at $0.13 a bid. Man you can just go buy stuff with less trying on ebay and other sites. I was hoping to play around like maybe $10 but I think I'll go play with $10 on wish.

Out of 300 bids i have so far spent 250 bids and i have won 2 item's. I won a $120.00 knecklous for $1.00 and a $130.00 comforter set for $0.54. This is a honest and fair website it was also load's of fun. So thanks deal dash❤

Great great fun, I just won a set of nice fountain pens for A PENNY!! It is fun. Don't always get what you want but it is usually available to try again.

I'm happy to bid. But this is the most boring junk ever. It's like showing up at a garage sale and finding figurines and baby clothes.

Ok this app is garbage. Like fr. First off why make me buy "bids" when i can just directly bid. Also waste of time and storage. Nice cash grab app tho. Ypu should just uninstall. (Devs take this app off the store. )

I like Deal Dash. I have won a few times. I also did have to put myself on a budget, lol. D.D. also gives away bids and I am always thrilled when I get a certificate from them in the mail. Their customer service is absolutely the best! Thank you Deal Dash, I just received bids in the mail 😁

This was my first weekend on this app. Seems fun at first, until the app starts to act up, freezes, etc, and you lose an auction because of technical difficulties. At one point customer service told me not to use the app because of the issues they were having. If you like to get a decent value for your money, don't spend it here.

Pretty much like Tophatter but you have to pay for bids before you can actually bid! Nice concept n all but what happens when you buy them and use them up before you even get the winning bid? You lose all the money you used to buy bids and then you need to buy more bids to continue. Right now it's 50% off but it's still $80 and change. Not an app I want to keep

What is up with this app? I know I signed up and gave them my credit card, but this felt like such a scam! I bought bids, take that in, I bought bids! That too in USD which for me is more expensive since I'm in Canada. I then bid on a few things and maybe got lucky or that's how they make you think but I won some bids from an auction and then they bring in the good items and you go all in with your bids on it and lose and get nothing! I WANT A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY!

Fun and legit..you actually win and are shipped your items and they don't take long either. I also like how they're are live agents, answer Everytime at any hour. The thing I absolutely hate is the 55\60\70 bids you get when you pay 6 or 7 bucks ... that's expensive bc the bids go quick and there aren't many different choices of items. Same ol' at times

If I could give this zero stars I would. It is a total scam. When they ask for you credit card info to sign up it looks like there is an add to buy bids. They are sneaky and you actually buy those bids $72 worth. There is no way to win a bid as there are bots always outbidding you. The items they have aren't like what they show on TV. You can get ugly purses and knock off items. Do not waste your time!

Terrible. Same people win everything. You only see the same few people bidding on everything and they bid lots so you can't win anything without spending thousands of bids to outbid them and by then might as well just buy it at a store. And the one per user makes no sense. I see this person bidding on something they already won before all the time.

The site has great products and what appear to be deals. But the bots are so noticeable. I'm bidding on a product that has over 22 bots in it and it's so noticeable. Little sad about this for I have been a member since 2014 and have only seen it get worse.

I just signed up. The price of the bid package is outrageous!! You should have alot smaller packages for beginners. Who doesn't even know if they'll enjoy the app yet. If they do they can decide for themselves if they want to buy the larger packages. Closing account & uninstalling.

Now that there are so many users, it's rare to get an extemely low price on items. Don't get me wrong, I still pay a lot less than buying elsewhere. It's a great site, but the app is not letting me log in. It keeps saying it doesn't recognize my log in information, but I know for a fact that it is correct.
