If i could i would give zero start. This is such a bad app for capturing pictures of you cars. The makes you take pictures in 720p and uploads it at the lowest quality. Just use your own phone camera and upload using Browser.
Half the settings are cut off! I can't take high res photos anymore....
App crashes nonstop, harder to use and slower than other inventory management apps.
Worthless, unable to update pictures, terribly long, UI outdated.

Beyond ridiculous and frustrating makes work so much harder and slower. I'm constantly being told there is no internet connection when I have a strong 4G or LTE connection. There is no refresh button and often have to retake the entire series a photos again. Extremely frustrated there needs to be an update for this. It was much faster when I would take the photos and email them to myself and go back to my desktop and upload them, that's pathetic! At the very least there should be an option to save your work :/
New issue. I just got an LG G6 and the app starts to slow then crashes. After at least a dozen photos the onscreen video starts slowing to below 30 frames a second. Focus takes longer. Then it crashes over and over. This is a brand new install. Also the photos look over saturated. Like the white balance is set to high.
Constantly shutting down whenever I focus my camera. Impossible to use effectively.
Cant log in even though the same username and password work just fine on the website.
NEED UPDATE
Constantly get no Internet connection message and also I never get my notifications pushed... have to uninstall and reinstall app for notifications to work a whole day and then they stop again. Have a strong 4G signal too. Using Samsung Galaxy 6.
Makes work 1000% harder. Constant crashing and cannot even add customers to system thru app anymore. Crap!!
Lot Capture is the only option avablible and I can't figure out why!!

Easy To Use!
I use this app for work and it gives me plenty of frustration. I'm using a Galaxy S4. The app crashes frequently (especially when I just get done taking photos of a car) and when it freezes you lose everything you were working on. So I end up having to take photos of a car 2-3 times. The camera focus is very, very, very poor. Much worse than the stock camera app from Samsung. IT JUST WON'T FOCUS ON ODOMETERS OR RADIO BUTTONS!! NO OPTION TO TOUCH THE SCREEN TO REFOCUS! Please improve this awful app!
My co-workers have the ability to scan, but my app does not. Is it just not available for Android?

Rarely gets IL license scan correct. Slow and often unresponsive. When keyboard is closed bottom of screen remains blank. One of the developers needs to actually use the app to see the flaws. Use this to earn a living. Great app that needs major tweaks but can't rate higher than 1 star because the issues are huge. Update 2-12-15: Like the pretty changes that were made but the function is still off. Any time I bring my keyboard up to input anything, I lose that part of the screen when the keyboard exits.
Useless...doesn't work...no support. What else is there to say.
Definitely makes viewing information easier. Would be a lot nicer if we were in the crm system in the dealership to respond to leads though.
I love it! It makes it easy to keep in contact with customers even when I'm away from my desk! I feel that it still has a little bit of glitches but nothing to bad that you can't over look.
New ui is a great step forward. Looks much better than the previous iOS clone ui.
Installed and uninstalled 5 times in the last week, still getting stuck at the passcode lock screen, no matter what I do.
Unsurprisingly outdated. Downsamples and window boxes photographs so they look like they were taken in 2003. Great to have guidelines in the shot except it looks like they were just done with guesswork? This app is perfect of you have lots of extra time for loading screens and great patience for improperly framed and processed photos. Not worth your time - shoot manually.
