So I was debating on whether to subscribe to AutoCheck for our dealership. After speaking with Carla from DealerCenter, I felt comfortable enough to actually subscribe to AutoCheck. Carla was very professional, courteous & patient & gave me some great tips on using AutoCheck. Carla also linked our Carfax which made life much more simplier when using these apps at the auctions. If anyone is interested in obtaining AutoCheck, I highly recommend asking for Carla!
Carla is the best besides the DC app, she makes the company A++++++++, but now getting back to the app, I couldn't live without it, it's very easy to use and when your buying at the auction its nice to have it at your fingertips. I give it 5 stars across the board along with the service that comes with it.
Absolutely love DealerCenter!!! The mobile app is amazing and makes our daily work much easier. My representative Marlen Lopez is absolutely amazing. She has went above and beyond to help with all our needs. I have been blown away by how much DealerCenter and Marlen has help us run our business. Unlike Frazer, Dealercenter is truly a cloud base system that allows me to manage all my inventory. With the help of the mobile application, I am able to scan the vin numbers of all incoming cars. Both the desktop and mobile are user friendly. I am about to run Autocheck reports through both. Marlen López has done an amazing job with training and answering all my questions. 100% recommend Dealercenter and Marlen.
AutoCheck is a great tool for our buyers to verify the history of the vehicle. Carla @ AutoCheck was great to work with.
Carla is just as Awesome as this app. She was able to show me how simple it is to update your inventory and any pictures you want to upload right to your website. It's super easy to use, no need to email yourself a bunch of pictures that need to be saved to your hard drive just to be uploaded. Just that feature alone saves you lots of time! definitely and A+ and a top Star Rating! Thank you just Awesome!!!
We absolitely love the software and the app, have been using it over a year. This is a very well-organised, user friendly and well-designed system that helps our dealership to manage our operations, sales, and have all the features in one place at our fingertips. Additionally, the system keeps evolving and improving, new features are constantly added. We are also very happy with customer service and on-demand training: account manager Juan is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I have the best trainer in Wes. The capabilities he has demonstrate with this software are unmatched. Like the Drivers License and Vin scanner functionality are game changers. Some much time and effort is saved processing customer information and pulling cars into inventory or just to appraise values. The value of just these two functionalities is more than worth the cost of some DMS systems alone. Hope they never go up in price
Juan is the BEST!!! He really helped me with learning this new system and in the mounts. I love the mobile app because it allows me to upload pictures of my cars straight from my phone! The previous software I was using I had to send the pictures to my email address and save them on my computer and then upload them it was terrible!
I like this app a lot, as dealer this is a "Must Have" tool, excellent features as the scan and the books that helps you quickly to know car cost and right selling price, know your inventory and follow your customers is awesome, but also the support is great, like the one that I received from Bryan Bae he is really good, quick and sharp with an extra touch.
The application isnl fantastic! The seamless transition from desk top to mobile is astounding. And the support! Desiree is amazing! Never have I seen customer service and professionalism so singularly personafied as I have in the eyes of my Dealer Center rep.
My rep Nina Quintanilla is great . She has taken her time to explain the product to me and answered everything I have asked her . She has gone above and beyond to set me up and make the transition from the outdated system of Wayne Reeves to the Mercedes of dealer software. This system is going to make our dealership run more efficient and free up time for us to do more things . I glad we are making the jump and Nina is helping it all transition smoothly.
Loved this app. It makes it realy easy to record our costs on the go. Also, DealerCenter automatically posts our vehicles online to various platforms like facebook, CarGurus, Carzing and others. I received the best training by Juan Espericueta. He is literally the best! He is always there to answer any question and does a great job following up with his customers. highly recommend DealerCenter and their app. it is literally a game changer.

Dennis, the CRM specialist, was thorough in explaining the software to us, as well as how to utilize the app to the fullest. He was a great help in the learning process. The app is user friendly and clean. He also took his time to help with things not related and offered his suggestions.
I love dealercenter! It is so much easier now that everything is integrated. The DMS is much better than all other software I have used in the pass. Brandon is the best rep he is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend to all dealers
Ive been using dealer center for years and have referred multible dealers to switch from there current DMS system to DC because we get much more for the money. My current rep juliette is AWESOME and has always been availble and knowledgeable to help me with any sticky spot i may run into. I love the convient moble feature that allows me to scan a vin take a picture and add the vehicle to inventory right from my phone.
Update: this company is quick to make sure they don't have bad reviews! My problem with having android 11 before the app was built for it was resolved in under a week tops. Great app, fast support. Shout out to Juan (for privacy won't put last name) who's an awesome rep to have too. Highly recommend this as your go-to DMS!
Too many crashes, scanner problems with all types of phones. Problem loading pictures on both android and iPhone. Wish it worked better.
I love the auto check as well as customer service. Juan Espericueta helped me become successful and is always there for me on the first ring. The app is easy to use and easy access to leads. Thank you dealer center!
I have had very good luck with this dealer program and Rina was very helpful in guiding me through the usage of the dealer tool. The vin and license scanner is very helpful. The program is very easy to use!

DC is out of this world! This amazing product paired with Mr. Brandon Chun (our amazing rep) has helped our business graduate to the next level. This is the most user friendly DMS system on the market. The only reason I gave it 5 stars was because 10 stars were not an option. Keep up all the good work dealer center. Thank you for everything.
